Part of our mission has always been to bring the AI community in Texas together, and to showcase what it has to offer to the rest of the world. I'm asking y'all to help with the next step.
We're throwing the Texas AI Summit next year right here in Austin. We're opening the call for talks and workshops now.

Base is looking to HIRE the most talented engineers in Texas, and this is your chance to show them it’s you.
Base builds home batteries, installs them, and runs them as one coordinated fleet that helps balance the Texas grid.
Their team will be in the room over the weekend, judging projects and meeting people. If you have been curious about what they are building, this is a good way in.

Grok 4.6 in action!
I spent the day covering the Cursor Grok Hackathon in Austin, hosted by AITX and Antler VC where builders had just 5 hours to take an idea and turn it into a working product using Cursor and Grok.
I loved the practical applications from the multiple teams that I spoke to. Most of them are ready to use right away.
Austin’s AI builder community definitely showed up for this one. There were more than 200 participants with 60 final project submissions. 🚀
