Obviously a long road ahead, but you have to give it to me, selling $HIMS at $15 doesn’t look like a great idea in hindsight now…

HHS just took a step toward the exact future that we’ve built for – bringing peptides out of the gray market, with clinician oversight and quality starting at the source. We’ve taken it one step further by building a US-based supply chain and infrastructure that our customers can trust. This is encouraging progress. More to come.
At Hims & Hers, we’re encouraged to see the administration make meaningful progress towards expanding access to peptide therapies through this draft interim policy. As more and more Americans seek these treatments, it is critical to have regulated channels, clinician oversight, quality standards, and transparency - none of which exist in the current gray market. Our goal has always been to define what responsible access to care looks like. We have spent years building the infrastructure we need in our very own US-based peptide manufacturing facility, developing dosing protocols with clinical experts, and setting up frameworks to better understand these emerging treatments. We'll keep working to bring these treatments within reach of those who need them, with more news to come soon.

Peptides are moving towards approval. This is the first domino in a vastly consequential chain of events that ends with $HIMS being worth $2,000 per share intrinsically by 2030. 1/ BPC-157 and other generic peptides get approved. Millions of people try them. They see results. And then they ask the obvious question: what else can I take? 2/ They ask that question on the platform that already serves them. $HIMS is one of the largest D2C healthcare platforms on Earth, with a vertically integrated supply chain. Vertical integration wins on price. Price wins the customer. 3/ Every customer becomes a source of biomarker data. And that data gets deeper and more exhaustive every year: more patients, more panels, more longitudinal measurements, more before-and-after pairs. Every new customer makes the machine smarter. Every improvement in the machine attracts more customers. 4/ Eventually, the dataset becomes so exhaustive that $HIMS AI can design personalised peptides for virtually anyone. The objective: optimal patient outcomes at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions. Healthcare stops being about prescribing the same molecule to millions of people. It becomes about designing the optimal intervention for each individual. 5/ This is the scenario that takes $HIMS to $2,000 in intrinsic value per share by 2030. In everyone's eyes, it becomes the platform that unlocks an entirely new AI scaling law: life extension per token. It turns the pharmaceutical industry upside down. Traditional drug discovery becomes increasingly obsolete as value migrates towards the AI trained on the largest, deepest and highest-quality longitudinal biomarker dataset. The molecule becomes the output. The intelligence that designs it becomes the asset. 6/ This sends everyone into a race to build or access that intelligence. If you don't own the AI, you're increasingly forced to depend on it. As a pharmaceutical supplier, because competitors using it can design better interventions at lower costs. As a customer, because people using it may achieve better health outcomes and ultimately live longer than those who don't. 7/$HIMS becomes the most valuable subscription service on Earth as its AI grows increasingly predictive. Just as operating without $PLTR can create a massive competitive disadvantage, increasingly comparable to operating without electricity, living outside the $HIMS OS could mean losing access to the most consequential value creation machine in healthcare. Except this time, the output isn't just productivity or economic efficiency. It's additional years of human life.

My best decision was building a community where I’m not the smartest person in it. Members come for my analysis. They stay for each other’s.

The last time I obsessed over something the market ignored, I bought Palantir at $7. Now it's biology. Peptides just got approved. AI × Peptides is the next frontier. 20 years of asymmetric upside. Here's the map.

If you had told someone 50 years ago they'd be able to talk to a computer to build ANYTHING that's also autonomous in itself, they would've thought you're insane. The same is coming for biology.

What's the value of a machine that is mapping the entire human proteome faster and better everyday? Today, over $10B in my view. Drug discovery until now has been trial and error based - luck in case of success. With $NAUT's technology, it becomes a prompting game.
$NAUT is hitting an inflection point New assays reached tau protein CV in ~1 year. Tau took 5 More assays, faster → a digital twin of the human proteome, letting AI unlock longer human lives My $NAUT position is up ~2X now and I expect it to go up 100X+ over time

It's day 0 for $NAUT If you want to learn deeply about it, watch this video in which I break down my entire $NAUT thesis
$NAUT trades for ~$200M. I think it's worth billions. ↓ It runs out of money: I lose 1x. ↑ It owns the read layer for all of biology: I make 100x-1000x. AI<>Biology will drive most stock market returns for decades. All of it runs through the proteome. Only $NAUT can read it.
