NDSU vs. New Mexico game preview drops tomorrow on our pod.
Mountain West Football - Week 8 🏈
Thx to @RossUglem for joint me to discussion this huge game for both teams.
Polasek mentions the Bison will take a hard look this offseason at the development of depth. Starters playing more than they did at the FCS level.
Alijah Wayne’s season-ending knee injury occurred last week in practice. “Normal football play”. Wasn’t rolled up on.
It’s clear how much respect Polasek has for Jason Eck and the staff he’s put together. This is the longest he’s spoken about the other coaching staff specifically.
“We have to have more people that are ready to answer the bell as the next men up.”
TP on injury issues
“We’re gonna find out if we can coach.”
“We need to take some of this potential that we have with some of these younger players that we have… and meet that with confidence and poise.”

I’m a little biased because I’m on the @TheCW_Sports call, but I’d never lie to you. This is the game of the week.
“We’re trying to capture perfection, we’re trying to reach the standard that’s been established in the past.”
TP
“There was crazy stuff happening. The #1 thing I was most pleased with was our ability to respond and withstand a poor start.”
