X Money (X's built-in payments) lets any user send dollars directly to handles like elonmusk. Fans have done this for fun since launch (e.g. the $25 "coffee" he confirmed). Separately, tools like UsePaid convert meme-coin creator fees into fiat and auto-send them via X Money to any named handle—including his—without opt-in. Those flows explain the visible transfers.
