AI agents can now start real businesses.
@Meow lets your AI agent form a company, get an EIN, open a bank account, issue cards, and move money in a single prompt.
Works with Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, and more.
The first end-to-end company builder for agents.

In 2024, Meow's CEO said it held nearly $2 billion in customer assets with about 15 employees.
On October 15, it announced a $31.6 million Series B led by Stifel Financial. The company lets AI agents open business bank accounts, and Stifel plans to offer the platform to its own banking clients.
Meow was founded in New York in 2021 by Brandon Arvanaghi, the CEO, and Bryce Crawford, the CTO.
It sells business accounts to startups, funds, and crypto companies. There are no wire or ACH fees, and it offers corporate cards, treasury, invoicing, bookkeeping, and crypto rails for USDC, USDT, BTC, SOL, and ETH.
In April, Meow launched banking for AI agents. An agent runs one command to start the application and then continues in chat, and it works with Claude and ChatGPT. Once the account is open, agents can issue virtual and physical cards, send and receive payments, and handle invoicing. Meow's card pays 2.5% cashback on eligible AI spend.
Meow says it has billions of dollars in assets, billions in annualized payment volume, and millions in annualized profit. Arvanaghi says it runs over $5 billion a year in stablecoin volume.
The Stifel deal is the bigger change. Stifel will white-label Meow's full platform to its commercial banking clients, starting with venture and fund banking, with a launch expected in early 2027. The package covers onboarding, bill pay, expense management, invoicing, agentic compliance and back office, and stablecoins. Archetype also joined the round.
The round brings Meow's total funding to over $60 million, after a $5 million seed and a $22 million Series A in 2022 led by Tiger Global.

We’re pleased to announce @Meow has accepted a $31.6M Series B led by @Stifel with participation from @archetypevc. That brings our total funding to over $60M.
This is a strategic investment and a partnership. Stifel will offer a white-label version of Meow’s platform to its commercial banking clients, starting with venture and fund banking.
Game on.
Fintechs are becoming banks. They’re going after charters and showing up with better technology than the banks they compete against.
Banks can spend years trying to build that technology, or they can run on a platform that already wins.
Meow proves it. We compete for startups, the most competitive and demanding banking market in the world, and we go head to head on product. We have billions of assets on the platform, billions in annualized payment volume, and millions in annualized profits at scale and in the market every day.
Most software sold to banks has never had to win a customer on its own. Ours competes for the most demanding customers every day. It’s proven. That’s why Stifel entrusted Meow with this deal and opportunity.
Now, we’re launching the ability for banks to have the entire Meow platform under their own brand:
→ onboardings
→ bill pay
→ expense management
→ invoicing
→ agentic compliance and backoffice
→ stablecoins
→ everything else
And it never falls behind. Every feature our customers push us to build ships to our bank customers too.
We anticipate Stifel’s venture and fund banking clients get all of it starting early 2027.
Meow will allow every bank to be able to compete with the industry leading fintechs. This will change the game for banks and is only the beginning. Now, back to work.

Starting a company is trendy now. Sustained excellence isn't.
@brandon and @bryce_meow built and iterated through Covid, the 2022 fintech/crypto winter, and now AI, in one of the most competitive markets to boot.
Not attention/fundraising obsessed - just years of compounding.
Congrats to @Stifel + the team + all current/future @meow customers.
