Funding rounds aren't milestones. It shouldn't be your goal to raise a series A. It should be your goal not to need to.

The problem with real innovation is that everyone assumes it's just more of the same.... just in a new flavor.

Address the limiting factor...
Elon Musk on why his companies move faster than anyone else. "I'm constantly addressing the limiting factor. Whatever the limiting factor is on speed, I'm going to tackle that. If capital is the limiting factor, I'll solve for capital. If it's not the limiting factor, I'll solve for something else." He then said something most managers never figure out: "If something is going really well and making good progress, there's no point in me spending time on it.The irony is if something's going really well, they don't see much of me. But if something is the limiting factor, they'll see a lot of me." He spends his time entirely on whatever is blocking the next step. Not on what's interesting or what he's best at. But on whatever is the bottleneck right now. Most leaders do the opposite... They gravitate toward what they're comfortable with and away from the hard problem.

JUST IN: CZ says AI agents will prefer crypto over credit cards Speaking during a Pivot interview, the Binance founder argues that autonomous AI agents will favor crypto over credit cards because digital assets offer a native way for software to send and receive payments.

David Sacks (@DavidSacks) says Marc Benioff is letting Claude own Salesforce's front end, and risking disintermediation on purpose: "He is integrating Salesforce into Claude. He's willing to allow Claude to be the front end, to have the sort of the primary user relationship." "So in other words, Benioff here is willing to risk disintermediation in order to ride this AI wave because he knows it's what the customer ultimately wants." "You don't want to go into Salesforce or any SaaS application to write your agents. You want to create agents in the AI program that you're using. And you want those agents to be able to run across all of your SaaS platforms." "Why is this ultimately good for his business and not bad is because, like I said, I still think that you need systems of record. You need the AI agents to basically go to those systems, get the data from a canonical source of truth. You just don't want there to be any probabilistic variability around that." "It's not a rip and replace." "Benioff is saying that the AI is now the user interface. He's basically acknowledging that he's leaning into it." - David Sacks, All-In co-host, on the All-In Podcast episode published August 29, three days after Salesforce and Anthropic announced their Claudeforce partnership.

A recent warning said AI could break Bitcoin “soon,” prompting “bunker mode” talk. No such attack exists. I made this video to explain why there’s no need to panic, about this or quantum computers, and what it means in light of Russell Impagliazzo’s five cryptographic worlds. 🧠

Vibhu, Chief Product Officer at the Solana Foundation, on what Samsung means for stablecoins on Solana “Samsung ships 250 million devices a year that come preinstalled with Samsung Wallet, 82 million just in the US.” “Solana is the most used network for stablecoin transfers, and yet we only have 14 million holders of stablecoins on the network. This immediately 6Xs the number of wallets that will have access to stablecoins.” @vibhu @solanafloor @_JackDunham

buildwallet v2.0 — from banking to blockchain On January 9, 2025 I got a call from our tech-stack partner saying we had 60 days to get our money & our clients’ money out. Their banking partner was terminating the relationship. “crypto” was still a dirty word and after SVB, some banks still saw an opportunity - some saw only RI$K. I was still a relatively new founder (circa 2020), still searching for Product-Market-Fit — and we had just lost our entire back-end solution. Two options: Fight or Flight. I’m proud to say that 86 weeks later, our Dev Team executed an amazing lift-and-shift: from a tokenized banking to a self-custody wallets now fully on blockchain. This is what blockchain was built for - contracts + cashflow - everyone has a wallet - the project has a wallet - contracts automate cashflow Welcome to the future - buildwallet 2.0 is live.

This video perfectly illustrates one of Elon Musk's most iconic quotes 💡 "The most common error of a smart engineer is to optimize something that should not exist" In the video's opening, robotic arms meticulously seam-seal a car's chassis. A standard process for vehicles built from hundreds of stamped metal sheets joined by thousands of welds. This video was touted as "seamless perfection" and an "innovation." But here's the truth: engineers have poured countless hours into perfecting a process that shouldn't exist! Why? Because a car underbody crafted from just two massive Gigacastings eliminates thousands of hyper-optimized micro and macro processes, saving manufacturers space, time, and labor. This is the approach Tesla has mastered with the Model Y, Cybertruck, Robotaxi, and its future vehicles. It's no surprise that legacy OEMs are now following; • 🇸🇪 Volvo installed 6 Gigacasting machines globally • 🇯🇵 Honda installed 6 machines out of 7 ordered • 🇯🇵 Toyota actively installing capacity • 🇩🇪 Volkswagen Group just ordered 16(!) 9,000 ton machines • 🇺🇸 Ford now installing up to 4 9,000 ton machines for the new UEV platform Not to mention the >100+ machines installed in China 🇨🇳 🔎 A complete overview of The Gigacasting Industry is available on industryarsenal.com/upgrade 📨 Check out the Gigacasting Newsletter on industryarsenal.com

"Kids that are being born today are going to have a digitally native expectation for how money works." "Stablecoins are just the digital format for money." "They're faster, cheaper, transparent." "That just makes them a superior way of exchanging money and using it." @adcv_, Co-Founder of @SteakhouseFi, expects the future generation to use stablecoins to pay for everyday things rather than even consider using a bank account or a card.
