🚨Real Madrid has sent its chief scout, Juni Calafat, to the United States to have a one-on-one meeting with Nevada’s family. Florentino Pérez is said to be ready to match and triple whatever any other club has offered for the young sensation.
Real Madrid has now given the family a blank cheque and offered them a clear pathway for Nevada to join the first team. Madrid believes Nevada should be making his debut at the age of 16 and has made it clear that the club is willing to do anything to get this deal done immediately.
Nevada is coming to Spain, sources close to the family have confirmed. There is now every chance that the family will consider Real Madrid’s offer.

why not grow the tech/AI ecosystem? by investing in application layer, data, neolabs, or generally distributing this bet?
why not expand compute access for Canadian researchers/academic institutions?
why not invest in increasing Canadian presence of frontier labs? this will only expand jobs, education, money, and the ecosystem...

I looked into this and apparently the judge who let him go free has a history of giving sex offenders lenient sentences. There was even a 2025 petition made to have him removed from his position after he allowed a man who admitted to sexually abusing a 6 year old to not have to register as a sex offender and suspended his sentence to just probation.
Prior to that he allowed another man who plead guilty to raping a teen to also not have to register as a sex offender AND suspended his sentence to just probation as well. There are apparently SIX different cases where he has done this not including this case.
His name is Judge Michael Whyte and these are the case numbers where he has allowed men who have raped and abused children to go free.

Alberta RCMP have charged three Edmonton residents in the death of 12-year-old Faisal Hussein, whose body was found near Calling Lake, about 190 kilometres north of Edmonton, on August 6.
Police say a 911 call was received early that morning from a male who reported being kidnapped and injured. Officers later located a stolen vehicle and evidence of an attack, and found the boy’s remains during a search of the area. An autopsy determined the death was a homicide.
Cole Morin, 34, and Curtis Brown, 36, have been charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping. Rachel Stuart, 36, has been charged with second-degree murder. The three were arrested on October 24 after search warrants were executed at residences in Edmonton. All remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in Athabasca Court of Justice on November 9.
RCMP said the boy knew the accused and was associated with people involved in criminality.
