With HandlPay 2.0, every payment sent to a HandlPay username lands in a Canton wallet. Only the two parties in each transaction can see it.

On Canton, Super Validators earn their weight.
Anyone can apply, and a supermajority vote decides.
A new Super Validator then starts at zero, and weight is assigned only as each milestone is completed and confirmed.
Under recent Super Validator CIPs, weight is earned after approval rather than granted at it.
A new Super Validator joins with weight 0.
As milestones are completed and confirmed, weight is assigned and the associated rewards are released from escrow.
Milestones not met by their deadline lose their associated weight.

TreasurySpring's fund register is moving onto Canton.
Ownership of its Fixed-Term Fund Shares will be maintained on Canton, a public network, using contracts built for the CIP-56 token standard.
