The Hong Kong Gold Exchange is integrating @chainlink CCIP with Midas Labs to enable its gold-backed XGZ token to move securely across multiple blockchains. The integration combines chainlink’s cross-chain interoperability technology with @midaslabsxyz's tokenization infrastructure, allowing @goldzipxgz to move beyond the blockchain where it was originally issued and reach multiple networks.

🚨UPDATE: AI computing costs are becoming a new market for derivatives traders. @injective's Super Intelligence Compute Index combines rental rates for five @nvidia GPUs into a single benchmark, allowing traders to speculate on changes in demand for computing resources. The market could also serve a practical purpose beyond speculation. AI developers can hedge against rising GPU rental fees, while computing providers can protect against declines in rental income.

🔥 NEW: @Ripple and @RobinhoodApp have announced a strategic partnership to expand $RLUSD across retail and institutional markets. Robinhood plans to use the stablecoin for institutional settlement on the XRP Ledger and integrate Ripple Treasury into its financial operations. RLUSD is already live on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp by Robinhood, with availability in the Robinhood app expected later this year.

⚡️ LATEST: Janus Henderson and @centrifuge have launched $JQQQ, a tokenized fund tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index on the @StellarOrg blockchain. Licensed by @Nasdaq, the fund is managed by Janus Henderson and built on Centrifuge’s infrastructure. It is available to eligible professional investors outside the U.S., with a reported $100,000 minimum investment.

⚡️ LATEST: @binance has applied for authorization to provide crypto services in Brazil, submitting its application through local entity BBrasil on October 23. The filing comes ahead of the Central Bank’s October 30 deadline for existing crypto service providers to enter the licensing process. Binance has also restricted eight products and delist 22 tokens from trading for Brazilian users as it adjusts to the new rules. The application has not yet been approved.

🚨 JUST IN: @BithumbOfficial confirmed a personal information leak after unauthorized access to its internal mobile groupware system. The exchange is investigating whether customer information was exposed. The incident follows a data leak affecting 38,490 Daishin Securities customers and a separate security breach at Mirae Asset Global Investments.

🚨UPDATE: Institutions could access DeFi lending without moving their digital assets out of qualified custody. @chainlink's new CustodySync solution, launched with @Anchorage Digital Bank, connects custodians with decentralized lending markets. CustodySync aims to make institutional DeFi lending more accessible by synchronizing custody and lending systems throughout a loan’s lifecycle, while keeping assets with qualified custodians.

🚨NEWS: US community banks are being encouraged to explore issuing payment stablecoins under the GENIUS Act. The @USOCC says banks can pursue approval directly or through a subsidiary, with applications expected to open after the required OMB clearance. The OCC wants community banks to play a role in the future of digital payments. However, the application process has yet to open, pending OMB approval.

🇺🇸LATEST: @Ripple has secured final @USOCC approval for its national trust bank, following conditional approval in December 2025. The bank is expected to support RLUSD reserve management and provide digital asset custody services under federal supervision. The approval clears a key regulatory step for Ripple National Trust Bank, which will manage RLUSD reserves and provide fiduciary digital asset custody under federal oversight. Ripple says it will continue working with US regulators as the bank begins operations.

🇺🇸UPDATE: @HyperliquidX could soon become accessible to US perpetual futures traders through a new arrangement involving @krakenfx's parent company, @Payward. The proposed service would use @Bitnomial's CFTC-regulated framework, subject to approval. Payward’s plan could open a regulated route for US clients to access perpetual futures through Hyperliquid’s infrastructure, with the launch dependent on regulatory approval.

⚡️ JUST IN: @BlackRock, SBI Holdings and @StartaleGroup have signed an MOU to explore linking tokenized money market funds with JPYSC, a yen-denominated stablecoin. The initiative will assess the technology, distribution and regulatory requirements. No product launch or timeline has been announced.

🚨 LATEST: @CoinDCX confirmed a $15.99M loss from retired wallets, days after CEO @smtgpt dismissed breach reports as a “false alarm.” The exchange blamed a failed automated transfer service that allowed deposits to accumulate in old wallets compromised in its July 2025 incident. Combined losses now approach $60M. CoinDCX says it will absorb the latest loss and that customer funds remain safe.

Tokenized asset adoption has accelerated, with tracked RWA holders rising from 1.4 million in June to 6.4 million in October 2026, according to @CryptoRank_io. Robinhood and Binance bStocks each recorded around 1.5 million holders, followed by xStocks at approximately 1 million.
