Summertime 4pm rolling to the carnicería on a Friday vibes . youtu.be/EdR9_8gpvZc?si=VMUl…
New builds and tiny homes are gonna have all types of funding options … not just in CA, AZ builders are doing lease to own directly, no bank
You’re just gonna have to buy on the outskirts… if you wanna live in the middle of a metro you’re gonna be renting or paying a premium.
GO DIZZY! 🔥

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Florida APPROVES Amendment 3 — phase out homeowner property taxes with 62% PERCENT of the vote
DESANTIS: "Had Amendment 3 not been on the ballot, I don't know that we'd turn out the voters that we turned out...many of them voted Republican."
This is HISTORY! ☀️
This coming year, the value of a home 100% EXEMPT from property taxes goes to $150,000, then $250,000, then the legislature is directed to have a plan in place to phase it out entirely
MANY people with homes $250K and under will no longer pay ANY primary property tax rent to the government, and residents in the $300K-500K range see MAJOR tax cuts
They built one on the west side earlier this year and had a whole press release and grand opening 😂😂😂 …
Get that dumb ass shit outta here nobody wants that bullshit here … it’s just one location lmaoooo

BREAKING: 🇵🇾 What just happened in PARAGUAY is a WARNING for everyone on earth.
More than 3 million people (60% of Paraguay's adult population) have lost access to EVERYTHING. Their bank accounts. Their pensions. Frozen. Inaccessible.
Paraguay’s largest digital bank, Ueno Bank, has collapsed.
The president of the Central Bank (who is deeply connected to Ueno) has just RESIGNED. Eight high-level executives including the founder and the Bank President are being detained.
The people have taken to the streets to demand their money back. And rightly so.
This is the model Milei and the rest of the Epstein class are pushing. This could happen ANYWHERE. Best to save in physical gold and physical silver, imo.

After Hakeem Jeffries’ private meeting with Jared Kushner, I no longer support him becoming Speaker of the House. Democrats need a new generation of leadership, not more of the same Washington establishment. A change in majority should mean a change in direction.
Here we go !
This is what you do instead of firing people… this is actually the dopest thing I’ve seen all day !!

I don't feel bad for the Republicans, they made their bed and they need to lie in it.
Democrats won't fix anything tho like important things such as housing, healthcare, gas, and groceries. They'll just focus on trying to take down Trump.
Fuck our whole government

🚨 PARAGUAY 🇵🇾 RIOTS IN THE STREETS AFTER 3 MILLION PEOPLE GOT LOCKED OUT OF THEIR OWN MONEY
The central bank shut down Ueno Bank, one of the biggest banks in the country.
3 million customers. About 60% of all adults in Paraguay.
Salaries. Pensions. Savings. FROZEN.
No app. No cards. No ATMs.
Even $380 million of the state pension fund is stuck inside.
Covid locked people inside their homes. This locked them out of their own money.
Then it turned POLITICAL.
President Santiago Peña, the right-wing friend of Milei and Kast, was a SHAREHOLDER in Ueno's holding company until 2025.
And the man he picked to run the central bank in 2023 used to run Ueno.
Within 24 hours:
• the central bank chief signed his resignation after Peña asked for it
• Ueno's CEO handed himself in to police, 5 more executives DETAINED
• crowds in central Asunción demanding Peña's exit
• the opposition pushing to impeach him
The last time Paraguay's banks broke, in 1995, more than half of them went down.
If you want the parts of this story Paraguay's government would rather you never heard, follow me.
