Message from Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy to the Iranian people "Dear people of Iran, Through the Iran-Italy Association, I am happy to send you this message. Today, your protest against corruption and repression by the criminal Islamic regime has reached the ears of the whole world. As a foreign citizen who knows Iran and loves its history and culture, and whose family in the past had friendly and respectful relations with the Iranian people, I consider myself entitled to stand by your side and express my support for you. I am confident about Iran's future because its people are rich and knowledgeable, and they know their rights. Today, you have Prince Reza Pahlavi by your side - a voice of national unity who looks to the future with responsibility. He has an idea and a project for the period after the fall of the Islamic regime, and for rebuilding Iran. His presence is a hope for better days in Iran. You deserve a better life. You deserve freedom, human dignity, and justice, just as before this revolution, the Iranian people were free to live. Women and men had equal rights. Iran was an advanced country in the world. Today as well, these are your natural rights. I love your wish — a wish that is seen in the streets, in your voice, in the resistance of Iranian women and men. You are not alone. I am with you, with all my heart, and I believe in the victory of the Iranian people's will. Iran will be free, and I am with you."👇
