As Hunger Action Month comes to a close, we’re ending the month with some big news, and a whole lot of gratitude. 💙 We’re incredibly grateful to the @firstenergycorp Foundation for a $250,000 grant supporting Fulfill’s work to fight hunger and connect our neighbors with resources that help families thrive. This investment will strengthen hunger-relief programs across Monmouth and Ocean counties, while helping us connect families with resources that support long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Fulfill is just one piece of this grant. As part of its largest hunger-relief investment to date, the FirstEnergy Foundation is providing $1.3 million to 25 New Jersey hunger-relief organizations this month, helping provide nearly 4 million meals. Hunger Action Month may be coming to an end, but the work continues every day. Thank you, FirstEnergy Foundation, for putting action behind the mission and investing in our neighbors.
