WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! 😭 Almost a year of hard work, and today I finally got to step on that stage for the very first time in the NPC Organization. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for this entire journey. The people I’ve met, the lessons I’ve learned, and the memories I’ll carry with me forever. Huge thank you to my coach Chris Elkins for guiding me through this process and to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU who supported me along the way. I have SO MUCH footage and content coming from today. WELL, THE SWELLING IS FINALLY GONE. 😂🔥 As happy as I am, I definitely wish it would’ve happened BEFORE the show. 😭 But if anything, seeing how I look now has me even MORE hungry for my next competition. 🏆 I’ve genuinely loved sharing so much of my life with you guys this past week. The energy I’ve been feeling has been incredible. But I’m going quiet for a little bit because I have something VERY special to share with you on Sunday. I’ve made some pretty big announcements throughout my career, but I genuinely believe this might be the most meaningful one yet. And I can’t wait to finally share it with you. SUNDAY. I LOST 5.2 POUNDS IN 24 HOURS?! 😳💧 24 HOURS DOWN. 48 TO GO. Yesterday morning I weighed 183.4 lbs. This morning? 178.2 lbs. Now before anyone gets excited, NO, I didn’t lose 5.2 pounds of body fat overnight. 😂 Most of that change is from water weight, depleted glycogen stores, and less food sitting in my digestive system. But the most interesting part of this experience so far hasn’t been the scale. It’s been how I feel. Getting through that first night was definitely the hardest part. The hunger was real. But waking up this morning, those feelings had settled down, and I felt a sense of clarity and calm that I really enjoy. Less noise. More time with my thoughts. Just being present. That’s been my personal experience so far, and I’m excited to keep documenting it. 24 HOURS COMPLETE. ✅ NEXT UPDATE: 48 HOURS. 💧❤️

IF I’VE EVER BEEN A DICK TO YOU IN PUBLIC, I’M SORRY. ❤️ Over the years, I’ve said a lot of different things about people approaching me in public. Sometimes I’ve welcomed it. Other times I’ve told people to leave me alone. And I know there have been times where I haven’t handled those interactions the best way. But man, ever since my bodybuilding show, I’ve been feeling SO GOOD. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Just genuinely happy and at peace with myself. And I’ve realized something. The people who come up to me aren’t trying to bother me. Most of them are just excited to meet someone they’ve watched and supported for years. And I never want to take that for granted. So moving forward, if you see me out in public, COME SAY HI! ❤️ I can’t promise I’ll always be having the best day, but I can promise to do my best to treat you with kindness and respect. And if I’ve ever made you feel otherwise in the past, I genuinely apologize. Also, the fact that these guys came up to me RIGHT AFTER I recorded this video is hilarious. 😂 AND NO, I DIDN’T PAY THEM TO SAY I WAS NICE. 😭❤️ LOVE YOU GUYS!

I’M NOT EATING FOR THE NEXT 72 HOURS. 💧 Last year, I completed a 30-day water fast, and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I came out of it feeling better mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Since then, fasting has become something I regularly incorporate into my life. And now that my first bodybuilding competition is behind me, I’m embarking on a 72-hour water fast. Not to lose body fat. Not to change how I look. But to take some time away from food, reconnect with my discipline, and give myself a fresh start as I enter this next chapter. I’ll be documenting the entire experience and sharing updates with you guys each day until I complete the 72 hours. LET’S GET IT!!! ❤️💧

Almost a year of preparation for these few seconds. And after everything that happened the week leading up to the show, I still can’t believe I walked away from my very first NPC competition with a 1st place finish and TWO 2nd place finishes. One of the proudest moments of my life. Not just because of what I accomplished, but because of the man I became throughout the process. And I promise you one thing… When it comes to me and bodybuilding, THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING. 🔥🏆

THIS MOMENT MEANT MORE TO ME THAN ANY TROPHY. ❤️ I’ve given my parents plenty of reasons to worry about me over the years. So being able to walk off that stage, hug them, and see them celebrating their son is something I’ll never forget. I don’t think I could’ve imagined a better ending to my first NPC bodybuilding competition. Mama, Baba. I love you more than words can explain. This one’s for you. ❤️

Man, I can’t even begin to explain how at peace I feel right now. ❤️🏆 I genuinely had one of the best weekends of my life. Got to step on stage for the first time, celebrate with the people I love, enjoy some amazing food, and finally take a moment to appreciate everything I’ve worked so hard for. And now? I’m back to my routine, taking some time to rest, recover, and enjoy life. But I also have to give a special shoutout to the man standing next to me in these pictures. Chris Elkins. Never in a million years would I have imagined that my bodybuilding coach would become my best friend and one of the closest people in my life. He’s seen EVERY version of me. The good, the bad, and everything in between. And through it all, he’s shown me nothing but love, patience, and support. I know I’m not always the easiest person to coach. 😂 But somehow, he makes it look effortless. Chris, thank you for being so much more than a coach. I’m grateful for you every single day. We did it, brother. ❤️🏆 Alhamdulillah. Life is good.

REMEMBER YOUR WHY. ❤️ I can only imagine being the parents of Fousey hasn’t always been the easiest journey. 😂 But these two have never stopped loving me, supporting me, and being proud to call me their son. They’ve played such a huge role in shaping me into the man I am today. And that’s why moments like these mean more to me than any trophy around my neck. Because after all the times I’ve given them reasons to worry, being able to give them a reason to celebrate their son in such a positive way is a feeling I can’t even describe. Alhamdulillah for mine. I love you, Mama and Baba. ❤️
