Chloe Cole received a double mastectomy at just 15 years old.
Now she's fighting to protect the next generation from the dangers of irreversible gender transition procedures.

Louisiana seafood producers can compete with anyone if trade is fair. Great to see FDA promoting U.S.-caught seafood and cracking down on imports that cheat consumers!
Congress can build on this by passing @SenTuberville's bill to allow FDA to destroy illegal foreign imports and make our food safer.
The FDA is responsible for ensuring the U.S. seafood supply is safe, sanitary, wholesome, and properly labeled.
To support the America First Seafood Strategy, the agency published draft guidance to help companies proudly and accurately label seafood of U.S. origin.
If finalized, the guidance would provide examples of statements, such as “U.S.-Caught,” and graphics featuring the American flag to help consumers identify and choose U.S. seafood.

I enjoyed meeting Christian Outreach Center’s team and the DoorDashers helping feed our neighbors through Project DASH!
We discussed my Unlocking Benefits for Independent Workers Act that will help Dashers and other independent workers access benefits without giving up their flexibility.

Every day we become more vulnerable to cyberattacks.
My Health Care Cybersecurity and Resiliency Act, which the Senate unanimously passed, will strengthen defenses against cyber threats and protect patients’ data. The House should pass this bill ASAP!

Workers and their families are being asked to shoulder more of the health care bill as employers pass along rising costs, taking more out of their paychecks and cutting coverage.
We need solutions. My MVP agenda puts money in patients’ pockets instead of insurance companies’ and gives families clear prices and control over their care.

Up to 70% of institutions fail to comply with Section 117 reporting requirements, allowing billions of dollars to infiltrate our country undetected.
These loopholes should be closed. Let's finish what Reagan started and pass @SenBillCassidy & @SenThomTillis' DETERRENT Act.
Forty years ago today, President Reagan signed the Higher Education Amendments of 1986 into law.
One important provision, Section 117, was designed to ensure transparency of foreign funding received by U.S. colleges and universities.
Earlier this year, we launched a new public reporting portal where anyone can search these disclosures.

AI and health technologies can improve patient care, but Americans' private health information must be protected.
My bipartisan Health Information Privacy Reform Act, with @SenatorHassan, extends privacy protections beyond the doctor's office to tools like wellness apps and smartwatches. Congress should pass it.

For years, colleges have used the availability of federal loans to increase tuition, leaving students drowning in debt.
I fought to end these inflationary loan programs in the Working Families Tax Cuts Act. Now, universities are beginning to cut graduate tuition!
Many universities are now slashing tuition for graduate programs in response to the new caps on student borrowing instituted by last year’s tax bill.

Workers shouldn’t lose out on life-changing savings because of regulatory uncertainty.
With the Retire Through Ownership Act signed into law, workers can build long-term wealth through employee ownership. Proud to work alongside @RogerMarshallMD & @SenTimKaine to get this across the finish line.

I'm glad to see the NLRB is restoring the ability to discipline abusive conduct in the workplace. Under the Biden Administration, employers lost the ability to enforce common-sense rules about abusive conduct in certain union situations.
Workers should never have to tolerate abusive behavior. Congress should put these worker protections into law so they cannot be taken away again.

This underscores why patients need clear, accurate health care prices they can actually use to compare costs up front.
Our bipartisan Patients Deserve Price Tags Act would do just that, by establishing stronger price transparency requirements and accountability. @RogerMarshallMD, @SenatorHick, @SenSanders and I worked together to put patients first.
Congress should pass it!

Replying to @RepAdrianSmith
@RepAdrianSmith and I worked to ensure scholarship donors’ tax benefits are not reduced based on their marital status.
Treasury’s proposed guidance allows married couples filing jointly to claim up to $3,400 a year—not $1,700—for qualifying scholarship donations, beginning in 2027.
I passed my Federal Scholarship Tax Credit to expand educational opportunities for ALL students.
Now, with @USTreasury’s guidance, married couples filing jointly can claim up to $3,400—not just $1,700. Opening the door to more than $75 billion in potential scholarship donations!
If America’s adversaries seek to steal our research or influence our campuses with an anti-American ideology, we should know about it.
Congress should pass @SenBillCassidy & @SenThomTillis’ DETERRENT Act to ensure transparency and accountability.

Despite dyslexia impacting 1 in 5 Americans, students are rarely tested.
My 21st Century Dyslexia Act brings a common-sense approach to dyslexia, ensuring students have the resources they need to reach their full potential. Let's pass it!
20% of Americans have dyslexia — our nation’s #1 learning disability. The good news is dyslexia CAN be overcome if identified & addressed. The BAD news is our education system is not required to ID or fund dyslexia services. Senator Cassidy has a bill to change that! But you need to get your congressman & senator to support it NOW before the November vote!! Watch…
FAFSA is finally working as intended.
The Biden admin left students and families scrambling to figure out their financial aid options, but thanks to @EDSecMcMahon, FAFSA is out EARLY and working smoothly for students and families.

Huge thanks to many champions involved on this landmark K-12 law within the @TaxCuts act - @SenBillCassidy @RepAdrianSmith @tedcruz @SenatorTimScott @ByronDonalds @SpeakerJohnson @RepBurgessOwens @WaysandMeansGOP @GOPHELP, and then @USTreasury @SecScottBessent @usedgov @EDSecMcMahon
Treasury Department just confirmed you can cut your federal tax bill dollar for dollar by funding K-12 scholarships instead of federal bureaucrats: give up to $1,700 as a single filer or $3,400 as a married couple, and you owe the IRS that much less, with no marriage penalty, starting January 1, 2027. Parents get choice. Bureaucrats get less of your money!!

Congratulations to Keith Sonderling on his confirmation to Secretary of Labor. He knows what it takes to protect workers and help businesses create jobs. I’m confident he will put that experience to work for the American people as DOL Secretary.
NEW: Chairman @SenBillCassidy, @SenatorHick, and @SenCapito introduced a bipartisan resolution recognizing October 2026 as National Dyslexia Awareness Month.

For 50 years, the Hyde Amendment has helped protect unborn babies and kept American taxpayers from being forced to pay for abortions. I've fought to make that protection permanent.
Every child deserves a chance at life.
Members and staff were briefed today on the findings of the DOL OIG report. Thank you to the Inspector General’s office for providing Congress the information needed to fulfill its constitutional oversight role.
Throughout this investigation, the HELP Committee has respected the DOL OIG process. But now that the investigation is complete, we need answers.
Members and staff were not briefed on the findings. That is unacceptable and disregards Congress’s constitutional oversight role.
The HELP Committee will not consider additional labor nominees until bipartisan members and staff have been fully briefed.
HAPPENING NOW: The Senate HELP Committee will vote on multiple Trump administration nominees at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and National Mediation Board. xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1MJgNbvjX…
