On a previous episode of Tea with GaryVee I was asked, "What's the best way to get feedback and constructive criticism from people in your orbit? Whether you want to speak to yourself how you do it or just general advice?"

You're worried about shit you can't control. It's the biggest problem you have in your life. You can't control others... You can't control anything but yourself. You need to control what you can control.

I think a lot of people fail because they're not inherently curious. Curiosity will open the door often to advantages that others can't see.

For the people reading this that love to complain, pay attention to who's listening to your complaining. #1- The enabler, the person that loves you so much that they're willing to give you that time. And #2, the person that can't wait for you to finish so that they can complain back to you about their shit. You must pay attention if you complain and dwell because you only have the enabler and the ping-ponger and neither of them are helping you.

I do think everyone here needs to dream bigger. This is not just about a financial or professional outcome. In fact, I would argue for most of you reading this, you need to dream bigger about your life - your family dynamics, or your peace of mind, or lack of weight on your chest. 💜
