🌐 Lessons from Colville Reservation on the Power of Indigenous-Led Connectivity What Happens When a Community Wires Itself? The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in Washington answered that question by building their own network across 1.4 million acres of rugged terrain that market carriers declined to serve.
