You can have 500K followers on TikTok, but a large percentage of them might simply be teenagers between the ages of 17 and 20 using their smartphones to unwind after school. X is a different kind of platform. People come here not just to entertain themselves but to build networks, create opportunities, exchange ideas and grow something meaningful. One thing I’ve come to realise is that it’s easier to grow an audience on TikTok, but it’s easier to build valuable relationships on X. You don’t need 500K followers on X to have your life changed. Sometimes, all it takes is connecting with the right three or four people. That’s why I believe having 500K followers on X is more than just a social media achievement. It’s access to a network of people, opportunities and connections that could change your financial reality. The value of your network can sometimes be greater than the size of your audience.
