Decided to relive my youth and repeat my ‘Western Iowa Palmer amaranth Tour*’ after a five year hiatus. Palmer was thriving at two locations, hanging on at one, and absent at two.

*Tour is of three of the first known Palmer infestations in Iowa, plus three othersin the Council Bluff area. Life in retirement isn’t that dull, playing in a golf tournament in CB the next two days so decided to multitask.
