Il Ministro degli Esteri @ignaziocassis mi ha comunicato che la Svizzera si farà carico delle spese per le cure sanitarie dei giovani italiani coinvolti nella tragedia di Crans-Montana. È un gesto di grande solidarietà e vicinanza, che apprezziamo profondamente, come Governo e come popolo italiano. Di fronte a una tragedia che ha spezzato vite e segnato il futuro di tanti ragazzi innocenti, la solidarietà concreta e la collaborazione tra Paesi assumono un valore ancora più importante. Alla Svizzera e all’amico Cassis va il mio sincero ringraziamento.

Це надзвичайно тяжкий акт, який уражає не тільки невинних людей, а й тих, хто щодня докладає зусиль задля надання допомоги та надії. Висловлюю мої найглибші співчуття родинам загиблих. Ancora una volta la #Russia si rende responsabile di attacchi indiscriminati contro la popolazione civile ucraina. Condanno con la massima fermezza l’attacco che ha colpito un centro di assistenza umanitaria nella regione di Zaporizhzhia, che ha causato decine di morti. Un atto gravissimo, che colpisce non solo vite innocenti, ma anche chi ogni giorno opera per portare aiuti e speranza. Alle famiglie delle vittime rivolgo il mio più sincero cordoglio. Al popolo ucraino e al collega @andrii_sybiha esprimo la mia piena solidarietà. L’Italia continuerà a essere al fianco dell’Ucraina, senza esitazioni, nel suo percorso di difesa della libertà e della propria sovranità. È il momento di costruire un vero negoziato politico e diplomatico, per arrivare a una pace giusta e duratura.

🇺🇦🇮🇹 Minister @Antonio_Tajani strongly condems Russia's latest attack against civilians in Ukraine: 🗣️ "Once again, #Russia is responsible for indiscriminate attacks against the Ukrainian civilian population. I condemn in the strongest possible terms the attack that struck a humanitarian assistance center in the Zaporizhzhia region, which caused dozens of deaths. An extremely serious act, targeting not only innocent lives, but also those who every day work to bring aid and hope. To the families of the victims, I extend my most sincere condolences. To the Ukrainian people and to my colleague @andrii_sybiha, I express my full solidarity. Italy will continue to stand by Ukraine, without hesitation, in its path toward defending freedom and its own sovereignty. It is time to build a true political and diplomatic negotiation, to achieve a just and lasting peace."

Minister @Antonio_Tajani met with 🇱🇹 Lithuanian Foreign Minister @BudrysKestutis at ItalyMFA. The talks focused on the strong bilateral relations, cooperation within @NATO, including the contribution of the @ItalianAirForce to air policing activities in Lithuania, and the strengthening of economic ties, with particular attention to the infrastructure, energy and defence sectors. The two Ministers also discussed the priorities of the European agenda, particularly in view of Lithuania’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union 🇪🇺.

Seguo con profonda preoccupazione le notizie del tragico scontro tra due treni avvenuto a Toledo, in Spagna, che ha provocato vittime e feriti. Il nostro Consolato Generale a Madrid è al lavoro per verificare l’eventuale coinvolgimento di cittadini italiani e fornire tutta l’assistenza necessaria. Il mio pensiero va alle famiglie delle vittime, ai feriti, al Re Felipe VI, al Governo e a tutto il popolo spagnolo, cui esprimo la mia vicinanza in questo terribile momento di dolore.

Minister @Antonio_Tajani at the meeting in Istanbul with the Foreign Ministers of Türkiye, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Germany, the United Kingdom and France. 🗣️ "We are working towards a diplomatic solution to resolve the major crises in the Middle East and the Gulf. We believe in the strategic importance of this working group, a forum capable of effectively addressing the problems arising from oil and gas prices and of mitigating the economic and social crisis we are facing. Italy will continue to play its part, starting with the Aspides mission to protect freedom of navigation and merchant shipping in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf."

Crediamo nell’importanza strategica di questo gruppo di lavoro, un formato in grado di affrontare in maniera efficace i problemi derivanti dai prezzi del petrolio e del gas, di mitigare la crisi economica e sociale che stiamo affrontando. L’Italia continuerà a fare le sua parte, a cominciare dalla missione Aspides per proteggere la libertà di navigazione e il traffico mercantile nel Mar Rosso, nel Golfo di Aden, nel Mar Arabico, nel Golfo di Oman e nel Golfo Persico.
