The Lula regime is now going around seizing the passports of every major figure associated with the political party that beat him in the general election 3 weeks ago.

CRUCIAL FACTS ON THE FLAVIO BOLSONARO MATTER: It's not just Flavio Bolsonaro who fled Brazil to escape the tyrannical persecution of Alexandre de Moraes and the pro-Lula wing of the Supreme Court. There are dozens of Brazilian exiles who have done the same: dissident journalists, activists, bloggers, and politicians who all fled to avoid certain prison for political opposition. In most of these cases, Moraes has demanded the extradition of those who fled and whom he wants to imprison back in Brazil. But Moraes' extradition requests have been repeatedly denied by multiple countries and institutions on the grounds that these prosecutions are politically motivated or otherwise corrupted. Among those concluing this: Spain, Italy, INTERPOL, and even the US under Biden. Just today, Italy refused Brazil's demand to extradite a person named @edutagli, who was once a top aide to Moraes, but then fled to Italy after Moraes accused him of having been my source in a huge leak from Moraes' office that I obtained for reporting I did with @Folha in 2024. That massive leak enabled us to publish roughly 20 articles proving systemic abuses of power by Moraes against his political enemies: exactly the reason so many Brazilians, including Bolsonaro, know they can't get a fair trial in Brazil. Italy today refused to extradite the person accused of being our source on the grounds that the proceedings would be a farce because Moraes — as he so often does — wants to act as the supposed victim, investigator, and judge, and thus his demand falls well outside of Italy's extradition standards. Again, multiple countries have concluded the same, showing what a farce Brazil's once-respected judicial system has become under the Lula/Moraes regime. Moraes has overseen a system of political persecution masquerading as criminal justice that has been recognized as a sham by multiple countries that are not exactly Bolsonaro allies. Nobody in their right mind who is a political enemy of Moraes would remain in Brazil once if it is clear that he intends to imprison you, since he has proven that guilt is a foregone conclusion and he operates with no legal or constitutional limits of any kind. That is why asylum under international law exists: to protect those who cannot obtain justice in their own country because the justice system has been corrupted and commandeered for political persecution. Many people, such as Julian Assange, have needed that protection (which Lula cheered). Now people need it from Moraes in Brazil. That is sadly one of the main legacies of both Lula and Moraes over the last six years.

The University of Michigan doesn't like people asking questions on camera about what goes on at their voter center. I was at U of M talking to students about Abdul El Sayed. Why do you think they were upset?

Apparently we need authoritarianism to protect democra........ Wait a minute!
🚨 Indivisible, a major left-wing organizing group, wants to go after more than Trump. His cabinet. His donors. Even “mid-level staffers.” They’re calling for “multi-front accountability” through “every available vehicle,” including “state tools.”

Brazilian authorities and media are trying to find out where Flavio Bolsonaro is. Brazil's notorious authoritarian Judge Alexandre de Moraes -- before the votes were counted -- already had an order prepared to seize Bolsonaro's passports and bar him from leaving the country even though **he's been charged with no crime** (there are various pending financial investigations). Moraes signed the order barring Bolsonaro from leaving Brazil SEVEN MINUTES after Lula was declared the winner on Sunday night. A media outlet in Argentina this morning reported that Bolsonaro entered Argentina to fly to the US. His friends and allies deny this, but Flavio could easily just appear in Brazil or even by video and has not done so. Argentina is being sketchy, evasive and somewhat uncooperative with Brazil's federal police (Lula and Milei are obviously not allies). Whatever else is true, it is not exactly a sign of a healthy, normal or functioning democracy when the candidate who narrowly loses a presidential race -- and concedes defeat -- is suddenly barred from leaving the country by a Supreme Court Judge now globally notorious for censoring, imprisoning and otherwise persecuting his critics and opponents of Lula's government. It is also worth noting that Bolsonaro's party dominates the Senate, having run on a vow to impeach Moraes, and this is seen by many as a kind of leverage/hostage ploy by Moraes to cling to power.

What is so valuable about releasing the entire interview here is that you can see clearly how hard 60 Minutes is straining, groping, clawing to find just one nugget they can use to make this process seem unjust. What DHS is doing under Trump is honorable, just, and kind to people who have broken the law violating our country. The kind, respectful approach of DHS is obvious when you know how badly these people have violated us.
WATCH WHAT @60Minutes DIDN’T SHOW YOU. Here’s the FULL, uncut interview with @DHSGenCounsel James Percival.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. A senior Army nuclear scientist who oversaw our NUCLEAR arsenal has been placed on leave by Sec. Hegseth, and could face CRIMINAL prosecution after being EXPOSED BY James O'Keefe He is accused of divulging NUCLEAR SECRETS and MISSILE locations. Wow. "Two segments of the video apparently capture Hugg disclosing to his young female interlocutor at least 4 locations of underground nuclear missiles and critical aspects of the launch process under which they could be fired off in the event of a nuclear conflict." "Hugg appears to divulge classified information in a range of areas from ongoing use of nerve agents to war planning in Iran." Great work @JamesOKeefeIII!

The Democrat Party is not an American Party. They support communists. This is not an extreme statement. Lula da Silva founded the São Paulo Forum in 1990 with Fidel Castro to spread communism in Latin America after the fall of the Berlin wall. That is the person AOC is praising.
Yesterday, Brazil showed the world that the will of the people is stronger than the authoritarians who try to suppress it. Congratulations President @LulaOficial and congratulations Brazil.

If, by the way, the same situation that just happened in Brazil had happened but with the parties switched -- if Bolsonaro had won last night's election and then a pro-Bolsonaro judge sent the Federal Police to seize Lula's passport and bar him from leaving the country -- every major western media outlet and liberal NGOs would be screaming about the authoritarian attack on Brazil's elections and the destruction of basic freedoms.
One day after Lula was declared the winner of Brazil's elections, his opponent -- Sen. Flavio Bolsonaro -- just had had his passport seized by the Federal Police. Theose police were sent by notorious tyrant Judge Alexandre de Moraes. What a lovely democratic image.

They taught you one chapter and quietly skipped the rest. Stop scrolling, because this is the story that goes silent the moment someone asks about it. Millions of people, a desert that swallowed the evidence, and one country that didn’t make it a crime until 2007. Every fact makes the next one harder to believe, and the question at the end is the one nobody wants to answer on camera. One detail in the final seconds changes how you see all of it. Watch to the last second, then send it to someone who thinks they already know the story. WATCH FULL EPISODE BELOW!!! youtube.com/watch?v=MD410oKd…

All-star U.S. Ninth Circuit Judge Patrick Bumatay writes a powerful dissent. The Supreme Court of the United States must intervene, to prevent over 20,000 potential illegal voters in California--a federal crime--from disenfranchising American voters. storage.courtlistener.com/re…
BREAKING: In a 2-1 vote, the Ninth Circuit dismissed the Trump administration's emergency appeal seeking to require California to set aside mail ballots from more than 20,000 suspected noncitizens pending citizenship verification, finding it lacked jurisdiction.

Fact check: TRUE
>be Lula >get convicted of corruption >get sentenced to 12 years >get released by the STF on procedural errors >never actually acquitted lmao >beat Jair Bolsonaro in 2022 >Jair gets thrown into jail over an alleged coup attempt >Congress votes to cut his sentence >Lula vetoes it >four years later, face his son >during a debate, threaten to also lock him up if he loses the election >election day >former private lawyer, now STF judge, extends voting by 2 hours nationwide >request came from Lula's own coalition >win by 4 million votes in a runoff with no paper trail >next day, Moraes orders the losing candidate to surrender his passports >victory speech: "we're going to regulate social media" >"democracy" lmao >RIP Brazil

Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections. The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.

If you are a pastor ans not pointing these problems out in your state, you are not being a pastor.
Pastor dropped a bombshell. California pays more, yet basic services fail. The speech blames decades of one-party control and poor management—but public anger grows when taxes rise and accountability disappears. #California #Politics

I've been talking with people in and connected to the elections in Brazil back and forth today. Ben is accurate in this reporting. This election was fraudulent. It would be very helpful if President Trump's administration would act on this with a statement.
Whether Lula won or lost, the procedures surrounding yesterday’s Brazilian election are highly questionable at best – and ought to remind everyone that Lula is one of the most corrupt figures in international politics. But no one on the Left cares about election integrity when it’s a Leftist figure screwing with it.

Thanks for saying this, @JeffBezos, but you do understand that the West coast liberal mindset that you helped create even through censorship on your own platform helped build this problem. Don't you?
