Junk Drawer & May Kay covering Pavement feature on the Classic Hiss compilation in aid of Gaza out this Friday! The first track came out 30 minutes ago. I know as I've spent the weekend uploading & labelling the files & wrangling the instagram 🫠

Fast times in the Northwest. This Friday, half 10pm, play the Henry McCullough (🙌) Stage at @Stendhalireland.
In Foyle-related matters, we were up with Radio Ulster's finest, Mr Stephen McCauley over the weekend - some exciting stuff coming soon on that front

Review: @junkdrawerband - Days of Heaven
Days of Heaven is billed as an “attempt to make a work of weird, cosmic Ulster music”, but more importantly its one of our favourite releases of 2025.

Had such a nice chat with Zara. She's one of our treasures - dig in!
Had a lovely chat with Stevie & Jake Lennox over on my newsletter (hot off the presses!) about @junkdrawerband’s incredible second album, Days Of Heaven. They very kindly walked and talked me through all 11 tracks, which was very fun.
