I discovered Kelela in 2018 through waitin and the fibres of my mind changed ever after. Kelela, you’re a genius and the overwhelming love you get comes as no surprise, you really deserve everything. I’m enthralled to be part of New Avatar, which is out now by the way, on The Bridge (prod. Oscar Schellar) this is a dream come true😢❤️East Africa 4eva❤️❤️
sis!!! 😩🫀 you are a generational talent and have blown my mind with your songwriting and vision-building but getting to know you has been the true gift! spending time with you over the last couple of years has been both fulfilling and so much fun! grateful doesn’t cover it. love you forever too. Cheers to our friendship and many more collaborations 🥂🙏🏾
just wanna say how grateful i am to my sis for this song, for this album & for our experience together. the way you saw & embraced me. how we danced around the studio, shared stories. how vulnerable & free i’m able to be around u. it all means so much. it’s way more than a song. love you forever. cheers to new avatar!
