Get these 6 things right:
- eat well (< 2200 cal / day, only real foods)
- sleep well (6-8 hours of sleep)
- exercise (3h / week of anything is fine)
- don't drink (1-2 drinks on weekends is ok)
- don't smoke
- have an active social life
Then get a full blood work done to see if you have any deficiencies, eg with @lucis_life in Europe, and take the right supplements to fix your imbalances.
Then take a test with @TruDiagnostic to see how your aging rate and other epigenetic markers.
Then you can go into more advances supplements and protocols. But without the previous steps it wont work!
