Before he immigrated to the United States, Sukhdev Singh had never tasted salsa. Today, he’s the owner and operator of Beaverton-based Khalsa Salsa. But his are not your run-of-the-mill salsas. Rather, they reflect the flavors of India and are unlike anything you’ve ever tasted.
