Hat tip to the NSP AirWing for tracking a fleeing suspect from the air today around Lincoln, leading troopers on the ground right to his location for a succesful arrest after a short pursuit. Troopers also recovered a gun the suspect threw out of the car during the pursuit.

Prior to midnight last night Trp. Meyer #430 conducted a traffic stop for an improper turn. The driver was arrested for driving above the legal limit.

This Crash Responder Safety Week, NDOT is highlighting Traffic Incident Management (TIM) training. So far this year, 951 responders have completed training, putting us close to our goal of 1,000. TIM helps safely clear crashes, reduce congestion and prevent secondary crashes.
