✨ WEIGHT LOSS THROUGH SURRENDER ✨ In May 2024, I began a journey that has transformed much more than my relationship with food. Nearly 59 pounds later, I’ve come to understand that lasting change isn’t necessarily about exerting more control. For me, it’s been about surrendering old patterns, becoming more conscious of my choices, and learning to trust a process that allows me to enjoy my life along the way. ❤️ 🍕 I haven’t done this by dieting, labeling foods as bad or wrong, or declaring anything off-limits. I haven’t relied heavily on exercise, nor have I used weight loss medications. And I have absolutely no judgment toward anyone who does! In my own case, I simply didn’t meet the medical qualifications for my insurance to cover them. So I continued discovering what worked for me, one conscious choice at a time. 💙 Perhaps the most meaningful part of this experience has been learning that I don’t have to be perfect to make progress. I can enjoy meals with friends, celebrate special occasions, eat foods I love, and still honor my commitment to myself. Surrender hasn’t meant giving up responsibility. It’s meant letting go of the struggle, the rigid rules, and the idea that one choice can undo everything I’ve accomplished. 🌱 What began as a weight loss effort has gradually become a way of living. My relationship with food continues to evolve, as does my understanding of myself. I’m still learning, still growing, and still moving forward. There is no finish line where conscious eating suddenly ends. This is a journey that continues for life. 📖 I’m writing a book about this experience, Weight Loss Through Surrender, scheduled for publication in 2027. I’ll be sharing more about the discoveries, challenges, and changes that have shaped this process. 🌈 If you’d like to follow my weight loss journey and other aspects of my life, creative work, and multimedia entertainment activism, I invite you to join the PromoHomo.TV® community for FREE! 💜 patreon.com/promohomotv The journey continues! ✨

SCARY HEALTH NEWS yesterday after a CT Calcium Scan of my heart and lungs has revealed “a high likelihood of an over 50% blockage” in at least one artery. The GOOD NEWS is that I’ve already lost 60 pounds, my cholesterol levels have been within normal limits for quite some time, my pulmonary function is at 98%, my blood pressure is almost always within normal limits, my EKGs are normal, I can do more than 30 minutes on an elliptical machine, and I have access to stellar health care, including a cardiologist to explain the CT results to me and guide me going forward. Living Life on Life’s Terms, with Gratitude. (and no filters or AI were involved in anything associated with this post including that photo lol. I have to pinch myself, but yes, that really is me.)

🏳️‍🌈 FROM MY HOME TO YOURS, HAPPY NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY! 🏳️‍🌈 And yes, the legendary Keith Haring really did personally sign this print! That’s why you see two signatures—one incorporated into the original artwork and the other added by the artist himself. I was honored to be involved with the very first National Coming Out Day on October 11, 1988, and this treasured piece of LGBTQ+ history has been part of my life ever since. 🌈 A LITTLE HISTORY… National Coming Out Day was founded by LGBTQ+ activists Robert Eichberg and Jean O’Leary to commemorate the anniversary of the historic 1987 National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, which brought hundreds of thousands of people together to demand equality, dignity, and visibility. The first National Coming Out Day was celebrated on October 11, 1988, with the belief that living openly and authentically could help break down prejudice, challenge stereotypes, and change hearts and minds. Keith Haring, whose iconic artwork became synonymous with activism, visibility, and the fight against AIDS, created this unforgettable image for that inaugural celebration. Thirty-eight years later, the message remains as powerful as ever. Coming out is a deeply personal journey, and everyone deserves the freedom to do so in their own time, on their own terms, and when they feel safe. To those who came out decades ago, those coming out today, and those still finding their way: You are seen. You are valued. You belong. With pride, love, and hope from my home to yours! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 #NationalComingOutDay #NCOD #KeithHaring #LGBTQHistory #LGBTQPride #ComingOutDay #LGBTQVisibility #QueerHistory #PromoHomoTV #Hopefulsexual

I am grateful for the privilege of growing older and I don’t mind the gray hair at all! This is “when I’m 64” … and 65 is just about six months away. A lot of people I loved didn’t get to be this old. I live on, honoring their memory, continuing their work as I am able to.

GOODBYE FACEBOOK. AND GOOD RIDDANCE. Over four months ago, without adequate explanation or any due process, I was suspended from Facebook and separated not only from my personal profile—which is gone—but from my public page, which is still published and in good standing, yet I have no access to or control of it. I began paying for Verified support on Instagram to try to get to the bottom of it. Four months later, I was told that because my account was suspended, I could no longer communicate with them. I’ve invested enough of my time and energy in this, and I’m moving on. I am not creating a new account. My life will connect with the people it is supposed to connect with, and vice versa. I trust the universe and my life to unfold perfectly in Divine Right Order. And so it is. Nicholas Snow September 7, 2026
