Halloween is massive even in a Tier 2 city like Hiroshima. Small kids to teens everyone's dressed up, public events with festive music all over. Amazing vibes.

Sure it might not show up in the TFR stats but I saw quite a few moms riding bikes with two kids (on carriers front and back) in Kyoto and it was always such a cute/badass sight.

UI/UX Improvements from Tokyo Metro we should implement: 1. Platform rear designated for movement 2. Corridors broken into halves for both directions 3. Elevator assumes a wheelchair and guides you to specific car 4. Elevator placed in front of wchair car on platform level
