My only question is if I move to Idaho, do I HAVE to join a militia?
One bright spot in the election returns, in a non-binding measure, Idaho voters chose the Winchester 1873 as the state gun.

It's not like we don't see "face the wall" comments all the time, but it's not every day that one of the talking heads just explicitly says we should kill the innovators who get too big for their britches
At an event with Kara Swisher, Scott Galloway called for the execution of Elon Musk for being a “traitor to the west” live on stage.

There was one guy who dedicated his time to going to college campuses to talk to these guys, and they took care of that inconvenience, didn't they?

Affordability.
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.

Median voter I want reindustrialztion, more housing and more job opportunities But I also dont want any homes, factories or data centers built I want cheap gas but I dont want any refineries anywhere No wonder these freaks spazz every election cycle.
~70% of people use AI every week. ~70% of people voted to ban data centers where it was on the ballot makes you wonder.

Florida needs to build a wall.
Understand the implications of what happened in Texas last night. Gina Hinojosa has called on Gov. Abbott to end state & local cooperation with ICE & she can order that on day one. Hinojosa voted against the 2017 SB 4 as a TX state rep. The bill was essentially a sanctuary cities ban and required TX law enforcement to cooperate with ICE detainers. She then voted against another SB 4 in 2023, which made it a state crime to cross illegally into Texas. Should there be another border crisis in coming years, there will likely be no resistance from Texas at the border. No Texas DPS, no TX National Guard, no razor wire or water buoys, and no Operation Lone Star, which Hinojosa called a “dog and pony show” and “political theater”. Remember when 15,000 Haitians surged illegally into Del Rio, TX in 2021 under the international bridge? That was only stopped because Texas DPS responded on Abbott’s orders and physically blocked further crossings by lining up their cruisers to form a wall. The Biden Border Patrol was caught off guard and offered almost no resistance, except for some horseback agents who were falsely slandered for “whipping”. Additionally, because Republicans failed to pass any legislation codifying President Trump’s border security measures, if Dems take the White House in 2028, that Dem president could, if he/she wants to, reverse every single Trump border security policy immediately upon taking office because they were all done at the executive level, and they can order Border Patrol to go back to a passive catch & release policy like we saw under Biden.

Readers can draw your own conclusions, but just some facts on this data: The Voter Poll asked about 5 issues. Corruption (54% "crucial"), Cost of living (49%), Immigration (36%), War In Iran (34%) ranked higher than AI/DCs. AI/Data Centers was 23%. Least important issue tested. When other pollsters (like NYT) asked voters to state their ONE most important issue, ~0.5% of people said AI/data centers
How do you read this and try to argue none of this mattered?
