I understand @SouthwestAir is going through changes and there are always glitches with change. But for customer service to be so dismissive is upsetting. No worries. There are other and better airlines out there that put the customer first. My business will now go to others.
So me and my wife went to Vegas. We flew @SouthwestAir because we both have been rapid rewards members for more than 20 years. On our trip back, our seats were separated and the airline was basically like 'oh well.' That is unacceptable and they have lost this loyal customer.
