comparison in this industry is relentless. What another creator puts in and what it looks like from the outside are rarely the same thing, so be gentle with yourself when you scroll.🫶
Yup and so many surveillance/censorship laws get test run on sex workers. They pick us because they’re betting no one will defend us, and usually they’re right. We've been shouting from the rooftops for years but no one listens. By the time it reaches you its too late.
You cannot have rights without privacy.
Speech. Religion. Assembly. Press. Every one of them requires the ability to act without the state watching. Remove privacy and they still exist on paper. They just stop working.
That is why online child safety laws matter. Age verification forces a digital ID tied to your name. That ID is the foundation of the control grid: AI watching what you say, CBDCs deciding what you can spend, social credit deciding what you can access.
Two lies are used to stop you from fighting it.
Lie one: I have nothing to hide. Privacy is not about hiding. It is about power. The person who sees everything about you controls you.
Lie two: privacy is already dead. It is not. This is why they are passing the online child safety laws (which are not about protecting kids) all over the world at the same time. They want total surveillance.
Privacy is not dead. It is under attack. And people only say it is dead when they want you to stop defending it.

“Oral sex is the leading cause of throat cancer” is an intentionally misleading headline stigmatizing oral sex.
The leading cause of throat cancer is HPV, which is able to spread because of lack of access to HPV vaccines, condoms, and sex education
Replying to @J3ssicaStarling
All we are doing is bringing our law towards online pornography into parity with what we allow in offline pornography. As for harms of oral sex, this is useful to read theconversation.com/oral-sex…

Did you know that on the 6th of November 2026 the UK Government is banning the publication and possession of pornography depicting breath play, age-play, and incest?
The maximum sentence for publication offences is five years imprisonment.
This will affect publishers and consumers globally.
The offences are, in simple terms:
1. Strangulation or suffocation.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
2. Penetrative sexual activity between people pretending to be related.
(2 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
3. Sexual activity between two people where (a reasonable person would think) at least one person is, or is pretending to be, under sixteen.
(3 years for possession, 5 years for publication)
I have provided criminal and obscenity law advice to UK and global creators, producers, platforms, and consumers on pornography publication and possession offences since 2006.
Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] for formal legal advice.

Sex work isn't glamorous or tragic. It's work. Sex isn’t inherently dangerous.
The danger in sex work comes from stigma and the impacts of criminalization (and the Nordic model), not the work itself.
Sex workers don't need saving.
They need rights.
The idea that you have to be constantly available in DMs to make real money is something worth questioning imo. A content first model can trade per-fan conversion for scale and I have personally seen that some creators are thriving with it.
If that's you, drop advice below for anyone trying to do the same.
The new OnlyFans terms kicked in November 1. Be honest, did you read them or just scroll to the bottom and hit accept?
Question from a creator who's losing hope: how do you handle the parts of this work you don't like? Like talking to people who drain you, asking for money, the fear of being found out, etc. How do you push through when the income isn't there yet to make it feel worth it?
Can’t believe that November is here which means the holiday rush is officially upon us! What's the one thing you want done for your business before we get into December?

Today is a day when a lot of our civilian friends (people not in the s*x industry) experiment with costumes and aesthetics borrowed from s*x work culture.
If you hate the sound of your own voice and still figured out how to make voice notes work, what actually helped?
"just practice more" is technically true and also not very useful advice when you're sending fumbling audio to paying fans.
okay but please explain @XOpenSource why your automated system flagged my harmless clip about Trial Reels as NSFW. While I appreciate the transparency as none of the other platforms are doing this, the system needs calibrating and there is no way to appeal. If a post about Instagram analytics gets flagged, I can only imagine how many SFW posts from adult creators are being hidden right now with no way to fix it. Creators, what are you noticing in your reports?
Under the Hood now shows you which posts received a visibility-limiting label, making it easier to see what’s affected: teapawt.org/i/jf/under_the_hood
This was a top request — thanks for the feedback.
You’ll see the specific posts listed when fewer than 5% of your posts during the report period have that label.
This was the post for context: teapawt.org/sexworkceo/status/2104…
Utah will begin enforcing its age verification law for adult websites this Monday, November 2, and state officials say they have new technology to find sites that aren’t complying.
The Utah Department of Commerce told FOX 13 it will crawl the web for commercial sites covered by SB73. Commerce Commissioner Margaret Woolley Busse said the law applies to any site where more than a third of the content is adult. Sites that fail to verify users’ ages face administrative fines of up to $2,500 per violation.
“If you’re looking at thousands of violations, then those add up quickly,” Busse said.
Busse said sites must use active age verification, “not just a site that offers a button where you claim you are.” How a site verifies ages is “up to them,” she said.
Aylo, the parent company of Pornhub, sued over the law in April. In September a federal judge blocked one provision, which treated users on VPNs as if they were in Utah. The state says the rest of the law is enforceable. SB73 also placed a 2% tax on content sales by sites required to verify ages, which took effect October 1.
@mikestabile of @FSCArmy, which represents the adult industry, said compliant sites are at a disadvantage because social media platforms and sites based outside the US aren’t verifying ages. “We comply and nobody else does,” he said. The coalition supports device-based verification.
“That might be the ideal, but that might not be achievable,” Busse said.
The report did not address whether websites run by individual creators would be reviewed.
It's the spookiest day of the year! 👻 Drop your Halloween looks below (keep it SFW if possible for the algo). Show everyone how creative we are!
I don't advocate for agencies, but I watch them. Anyone working with lots of creators sees trends first, and wishlists keep coming up. Mine lives with my partners at @spoilme, and the link is clickable right in my OnlyFans DMs. Putting yours off? This is your sign.
