संबोधन के प्रमुख संदेश:
* अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में इस नई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा की स्थापना पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए माननीय केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री श्री जितिन प्रसाद, श्री प्रदीप बत्रा, माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्री, उत्तराखंड सरकार, एसटीपीआई के महानिदेशक श्री अरविंद कुमार, डॉ. पंकज कुमार पांडेय, आईटी सचिव, उत्तराखंड सरकार तथा एसटीपीआई की पूरी टीम के प्रयासों और सहयोग के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।
* कृषि क्षेत्र में डिजिटल तकनीक और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) के उपयोग की संभावनाओं पर जोर देते हुए कृषि एवं एग्रीटेक में तकनीकी नवाचार की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।
* देहरादून की शैक्षणिक पहचान और यहाँ उपलब्ध प्रतिभा का उल्लेख करते हुए उत्तराखंड को एक प्रमुख प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने की आकांक्षा व्यक्त की।
* स्टार्टअप इंडिया जैसी पहलों का उल्लेख करते हुए नई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा को युवाओं और उद्यमियों के लिए नए अवसरों, नवाचार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बताया।
* विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि निरंतर प्रयासों और सहयोग से आने वाले पाँच से छह वर्षों में उत्तराखंड का प्रौद्योगिकी इकोसिस्टम नई ऊँचाइयाँ हासिल कर सकता है।

संबोधन के प्रमुख संदेश:
*देहरादून में 30,000 वर्ग फुट में विकसित नई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के निर्माण पर एसटीपीआई और संबंधित सभी पक्षों को बधाई देते हुए इसके प्रभावी उपयोग के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।
* देहरादून में उपलब्ध शैक्षणिक प्रतिभा और युवाओं की क्षमता का उल्लेख करते हुए शहर को एक जीवंत प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने की आकांक्षा व्यक्त की, जहाँ स्टार्टअप्स आपस में सहयोग करें, श्रेष्ठ कार्यप्रणालियाँ साझा करें और नए नवाचारों को बढ़ावा दें।
* उद्योग 4.0 सहित उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों के क्षेत्र में स्टार्टअप्स और सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों (MSMEs) को सहयोग देने में उद्यमिता केंद्रों (CoEs) की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।
* इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विनिर्माण और उत्तराखंड में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्लस्टर जैसी पहलों का उल्लेख करते हुए राज्य में निवेश आकर्षित करने और रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने की संभावनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला।
* इस बात पर जोर दिया कि विकास संबंधी पहलों का उद्देश्य केवल तात्कालिक परिणाम प्राप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि अगले 5 से 20 वर्षों में युवाओं को लाभ पहुँचाने वाली मजबूत आधारशिला तैयार करना होना चाहिए।
* भारत की विकास यात्रा में प्रौद्योगिकी और व्यापार को महत्वपूर्ण प्रेरक शक्तियों के रूप में रेखांकित करते हुए नवाचार, निवेश और उद्यमिता को आगे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

A security incident concerning eMudhra’s Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) was reported in the public domain.
Meity has taken serious note of the reported incident. A special team has been constituted to investigate the matter.
