VFWs. Fire halls. Small clubs. They aren’t casinos — and they shouldn’t get crushed just because Harrisburg won’t do the work of figuring out skill games. October’s here. Prefer a permanent fix that protects the clubs that hold our communities together.

Data centers need clear rules. Communities need lasting tools. My new legislation will allow communities to implement an impact fee on the electricity data centers use… so developers know the cost and municipalities know the revenue, year after year. More info to come!

I joined Rep. Kathy Rapp and 84 House colleagues — 85 of us total — urging DOH to withdraw its Chapter 27 rewrite (IRRC #3490). Parental notice. Medical privacy. No end-run around the General Assembly. Withdraw it and work with the legislature. pahousegop.com/News/38792

Today in Harrisburg: Pennsylvania March for Life. Stood for the dignity of every human life — born and unborn. Proud to have stood with pro-life Pennsylvanians at the Capitol.

Altoona Area raised taxes 3% before Harrisburg locked school aid. Late state money then flipped a shortfall into a ~$3.1M surplus. Local boards shouldn’t have to guess because Harrisburg is late.

As much as our Governor likes to shift blame to the POTUS, the fact is electricity is expensive because of him and his Democrat underlings.

Parents — not Harrisburg — should be in the room when officials talk to kids about health. Comment on DOH’s IRRC #3490 rewrite by Sept. 21: irrc.state.pa.us/contact/com… Public health matters. Parental rights are non-negotiable.

The people back home have made it clear: protect their paychecks, control government spending, and unleash PA energy. Harrisburg may not like it, but I don’t work for Harrisburg.

Pennsylvanians remember what unelected health bureaucrats did last time. Shapiro’s DOH wants a 500-page power grab — more mandates and control over families. We the Taxpayers didn’t send people to Harrisburg to rubber-stamp a sequel to the COVID 19 travesty. Withdraw it.

Harrisburg doesn’t have a revenue problem. It has a spending problem. Central PA families balance their budgets. Our state government should too. We the Taxpayers — not the tax-and-spend crowd — belong in the driver’s seat.

In a 1970 interview, Paul Ehrlich stated: "The FCC should see to it that large families are always treated in negative light on television." He added that if this approach failed, then the government should "legislate the size of the family" and "throw you in jail if you have too many" kids.

PAFC member, Scott Barger, is laser focused on getting a responsible budget done for his constituents, not voting on feel-good resolutions that accomplish nothing. As counties furlough employees and school districts take out loans, House D's are focused on flowery projects.

This hateful act was not just an attack on Charlie Kirk, but on freedom itself. No American should fear for their life when speaking truth. The Pennsylvania Freedom Caucus will stand firm and fearless in defending free speech.
