Yesterday we launched UFC Gym x UFC Foundation partnership in South Florida with The American Academy and @SugaRashadEvans. This partnership gives these kids an opportunity to discover and empower their fighting spirit through martial arts and fitness.
Just needed a break after wrestling/fighting pretty much year round since 14 and competing since 2007 with a stage 3 perforated ACL that made training not always fun. Never got it fixed cuz young, dumb n tough AF.
