When our ancestors fought for the right to vote, victory was far from guaranteed. They didn't know how history would unfold — they only knew the fight was worth it. Their courage changed Mississippi and our country forever. Use your vote tomorrow to honor their legacy.

Scott Colom is a good father, husband and District Attorney. Personally, he and his family were supporters of mine from the get-go and I’ll always cherish the memories we made together long before both of our big campaigns. He will make a great United States Senator for Mississippi and I’m proud to vote for him tomorrow. He, Nadia D. Colom and the whole family make us proud to call them friends.

My first campaign event had four people. Now, we're filling rooms with Mississippians from every county and background. I keep photos from all our stops on my office wall to remind me who this campaign is about: YOU. Now, let's leave it all on the field, run through the tape and make some history on November 3rd! #MississippiMatters

As a prosecutor, I've always been tough on violent crime — but I also promised to be smart on nonviolent crime. I met Noah in the courtroom years ago at his lowest. This year, I met him again at his highest. He's built a career for himself, is a union member and is a Christian with strong faith. I am so proud of all he has accomplished and am honored to have his endorsement.

Generations of Americans have fought and died for the right to vote. Tomorrow, let us honor their legacy.
Medgar Evers was killed in his driveway because he refused to accept a Mississippi where some were denied the right to vote. He stood with thousands who marched, organized and sacrificed so future generations could have a voice. We owe it to them not to take that right for granted. On Tuesday, honor their legacy. Vote.
