My day ended with a stop at the South Jersey Tennis Hall of Fame dinner.

Today I joined other elected officials as we honored Mayor Elmer (Skip) Bowman at his retirement party. Mayor Bowman has been a dedicated public servant in Lawrence Township for 47 years.
It was a pleasure to honor Dr. Dina Rossi as the 2026 Mental Health Distinguished Community Leader this evening. Her ongoing commitment to education and behavioral health have been a major part of her exemplary leadership.
The Guidance Center provides community mental health to support individuals and families in their journey to wellness and recovery.
As your Senator, having the highest quality of mental health services for South Jersey will always be a top priority.

I was pleased to join a panel discussion at the Shore Summit, hosted by the Atlantic County and Cape May County Chambers of Commerce, to discuss the future of South Jersey tourism.
New Jersey must lower its nation-leading business tax burden to keep businesses and jobs here at home. We have to make sure that future decisions in Trenton do not interfere with the shore tourism and economic multiplier.
Yesterday, I toured Repauno Port & Rail Terminal in South Jersey with CEO Hank Alexander and Production Manager Frank to discuss the facility’s continued expansion.
With a newly completed 40-car terminal and a second storage cavern expected in early 2027 that will triple storage capacity, Repauno is expanding its ability to distribute butane and, soon, propane to domestic and international markets.
The Echoes of Service: A Community Tapestry concert was about people. It was about the stories they carry, the sacrifices, the memories, and the connections that bring us together as a community.
Every story is different and every story deserves to be heard.
Tonight was a special evening dedicated to honoring our veterans, our reservists, our military families, and all those whose lives have been shaped by service to our nation.
