I use it for planning, prioritization, time management and external memory. It has also helped me make work feel more finite and, sometimes, recognize when I’ve done enough. I also write about its limitations. ChatGPT can make mistakes, misunderstand context and become another task in itself. The point is not that ChatGPT is managing my ADHD for me.
