Police Tesla Model S Plaid vs police Ford Explorer acceleration test.
Officers from eight Police Departments tested Tesla police vehicles built by @UpfitTesla, a division of @UnpluggedTesla. They loved them.
Officer: "The difference is absolutely staggering. I don't want to go back to this (ICE car) now; After driving the Tesla modified package, this (ICE police car) just feels so much more sluggish; The Tesla is just honestly far superior."
Another officer: "I might go buy one (Tesla) now."
A third officer: "I had never driven one until today. I have a different mindset here at 2PM than I did at 6AM. I was not necessarily sold, but I am now."
