the internet made it possible for extraordinary people to find each other, earn a living & build careers without asking anyone's permission. i'd love for crypto to keep that promise. it's what drew me here; the idea that you could just be a pfp on the internet, be exceptionally good at something & get ahead. but increasingly, it's harder to be a talented anon, an outsider or an unconventional hire & find your way in. i'd like to help change that. so! super honored to join superteam talent scouts! -- much of my work in crypto has been finding interesting people & helping them get further, faster: - onboarding, hackathons, grants, ecosystem programs & lots of little nudges. sometimes all it takes is an introduction, a little encouragement or someone willing to give you a shot: - few things make me happier than seeing people i've worked with go on to do extraordinary things. -- some talent i'm especially keen to champion: outliers: self-taught, unusually capable, overlooked, ppl just getting started. superoperators: high-trust, highly competent, adaptable people who take ownership & make things happen. ai-augmented talent: people mastering bots, loops, harnesses & agentic workflows. getting the best out of human + ai teams. students & early-career talent: all that curiosity, energy & ambition. more chances to earn, learn & get ahead early. portfolio-career talent: people who've taken the scenic route, bringing skills & perspectives from other worlds. girls, girlies, women: an extraordinary pool of talent the industry has barely begun to tap. more women building, leading & joining great teams earlier on (eg founding operators, engineers etc roles). -- great talent is everywhere. let's bring more of the world's talent onchain.
