Actually, we should be worried about laws that prevent dynamic pricing. Prices allocate goods. If it's hot and I want ice cream, I want it to be available. If there is an artificial price cap on ice cream, vendors will run out too soon. Prices HELP Consumers. @ToddZywicki

This illustrates the point that @tommillerjr and I made recently in starting up our Institute for Consumer Financial Choice--conservatives cannot afford to simply ignore academia because that's where new ideas are germinated and passed onto the next generation of thinkers.
