4. Open storage node's ability to migrate storage sealing proofs, resolving the issue where damaged hard drives lead to loss of encapsulation proofs and inability of nodes to continue participating in POC consensus.

5. Optimize reward distribution method for PoS and PoC protocols, adjusting from releasing 1/180 of rewards daily to releasing 30/180 of rewards every 30 days, improving network processing performance.
Contents of this upgrade:
1. Redefine account structure: Split accounts into clearer types and permissions for storage nodes, storage pools, and delegators.
2. Stake delegation for storage nodes: Open stake delegation to storage nodes, lower the entry criteria for storage nodes to join the network, and encourage more users to provide security for the network through delegation.

Merkle hash roots, the resulting hash ensuring the integrity of the data, are carried in the blocks of blockchains. Containing the data of the current block as well as precious blocks, the interconnected blocks make up the #blockchain.

#Blockchain achieves data integrity through cryptography, or specifically, cryptographic hashing. Blockchains take pieces of transaction data, run it through cryptographic hashing algorithms and produce a fixed-length random data to verify that the data hasn't been tampered with.
With UIP 1.1.3, the PoSR and PoTS consensus protocols were merged into a single protocol - #PoC (Proof of Capacity). The #UltronGlow whitepaper was updated to include this change, including Grant and Service incentives for Storage Providers on the network.
