Couldn't agree more. Haven't watched the entire podcast, but just based on this clip (which I wholeheartedly agree with), along with data sharing, EDUCATION of how Field and Event teams are getting leads should be baseline info to share with Sales teams.
No one should be wasting hours reconciling numbers, chasing answers, or playing detective.
People should be proactively informed when something changes, equipped with the context to understand why, and free to focus their time on making decisions, solving problems, and moving the business forward.

Additional thoughts. Only had a cursory look at integrating TinyMCE or Gutenberg, but either should be possible right?
Not a top priority at the moment, but will continue exploring. Note: because I'm using an AI builder, doesn't mean I've abandoned WordPress. ;)
I find myself building Page and Blog posts admin management in my AI builds. I really should standardize these prompts as I find myself using them regularly.
