The fastest moving land deals aren’t guessing on water. They’re checking the odds first. The Texas Well Water Map built from real field data → maps.wellwaterfinders.com #wellwaterfinders #commercialrealestatetexas #ccim #cre #landrealestate #alc #texasland #groundwater
When you’ve spent years developing a technology, being invited to demonstrate it in another country means a lot. We’re preparing to take the @wellwaterfinder groundwater detection equipment to Japan!
But first, emissions testing. Last week, we spent a day at the @UL_Solutions Austin testing facility, making sure our equipment met the electromagnetic emissions requirements for the demonstration. We’re fortunate to have people right here in Texas who know those requirements and have the tools to test for them.
The testing went great and we're looking forward to our visit!

Selling Texas property? TREC Form 61-0 includes new groundwater and surface water disclosure requirements for many Texas property sales.
Andrew explains what's changed, and how the Texas Property Water Profile helps sellers, buyers and agents find the groundwater information behind a property in one place.
Search by address, GPS coordinates, Property ID/APN or well number to find groundwater district information, wells on record, property ownership and area groundwater intelligence.

Selling property in Texas? The state now has a mandatory groundwater disclosure.
We can help provide this detail for any Texas address in seconds.
The Texas Property Water Profile lets you search four ways to find a property: street address, GPS coordinates, Property ID/APN, or well number.
What comes back is the water information a seller needs to help answer the mandatory TREC Form 61-0: Groundwater Conservation District info, wells on record, current property ownership and the area's well success rates.
It's also the kind of water information buyers want before making an offer on a place. Agents can use it on both sides of the transaction.
Take a look. Built on our proprietary detection technology combined with historical records, each download is less than $25. Texas Well Water Map subscribers get a discount. And every Profile you order is saved to your personal dashboard.
Thanks for checking it out!

Standing in the middle of a field, I can still pull up what the wells around me have on record.
That's the idea behind our Texas Well Water Map. Type in any address in Texas - at my desk before a job, or on my phone out on the property - and the map shows the drilling success rate for that area, and how deep the successful drills had to go.
And "success" is a real bar: a well that pumped more than 5 gallons a minute for more than 8 hours straight. So a 78% success rate nearby means roughly 4 in 5 drills cleared it, and 1 in 5 that didn't.
It won't tell you whether your exact spot will hit - it's a signal, not a guarantee. But for a buyer weighing an offer, or a builder deciding where the value is, it's a real number to have before any money moves.

Whether you're validating a listing or prepping fo a showing, the map puts groundwater data to work: wellwaterfinders.com/pages/r…
Out at a farming operation, walking the place with the owner. He points us to the spots that matter, and we survey those, locating the groundwater and measuring the depth and potential volume right there.
When it's the driller's turn, they're going to coordinate where we've already measured, at a depth we already know. No wasted attempts that require more diesel and labor.

If you're sizing up land, or a whole operation, water's one of the few big unknowns you can put real data behind before you commit. Always happy to talk it through. wellwaterfinders.com/
You're expanding the ranch and you need another water source. Before you call a driller, here's where I'd start.
Pull up our Texas Well Water Map and type in the address. It'll show you the drilling success rate for that area - basically the percentage of well drilling projects that came in solid - with 5 or more GPM and can provide water for longer than 8 hours without stopping.
If that success rate is high, you can line up a driller with more confidence. If it's low - say the area's closer to a coin flip - that's when it's worth having us come out first. We run the equipment on the acres and locate the area with the most water before you start drilling.

Oklahoma ranch last week. Surveying for a new home site.
Started where the house was going to go. Not much water. Pulled up the results on the laptop right in the field, walked the ranchers through it, and moved down to the valley. Found a real source.
More effort to run the water back up to the house. But the alternative is a dry drill at the home site plus another drill somewhere else anyway. The survey saves that second drill bill - and a hole the land didn't need.

Martin County, last week. Surveying a pivot farm.
Homework first, from our Texas well database: county has a 78% drilling success rate. Sounds good, but it means 22% of drills come up dry if you don't use tech to look first.
A pivot needs 75+ gpm. We're not here to say "drill to 170 ft." We're here to figure out where on the property the yield is strongest. North side vs. south side can be the difference between 75 gpm and 150.

Land markets are evolving.
Understanding groundwater isn’t optional anymore, it’s strategic.
Speaking today at the 20th National Land Conference hosted by the REALTORS® Land Institute here in San Antonio.
The topic: Groundwater & Land Value - what every ranchland agent should know.
Water isn’t just a resource.
It’s a driver of land value, risk, and long-term opportunity.

We’re seeing groundwater q’s move earlier in the development process. Not after construction starts. Not after a deal closes. Earlier. Leading to more disciplined resource decisions. #WellWaterFinders #groundwater #landdevelopment #infrastructure
This tank takes a while to fill. The well is producing groundwater, just not very fast. Before drilling deeper, the landowner wanted data. We identified multiple groundwater layers just below the current pump depth and validated it first. #WellWaterFinders #Groundwater #TexasLand
Water already comes up in every ranchland deal. Andrew’s breakout session at #NLC26 is about sharpening how those conversations happen. See you in San Antonio 🤠! @land_realtors #landbroker #alc #groundwater #WellWaterFinders
