The WFCA and our member coaches send condolences to the family of Briggs Maxwell and the entire Ithaca community after today's tragedy.
Ithaca has released the name of the student killed in a farming accident this morning as Briggs Maxwell, a freshman. Briggs played on the varsity FB team last week & had 5 tackles. His father is an assistant coach. I know his parents and many of his extended family. Very tragic day for the Ithaca community.

We are so proud of our players and coaches, and the fundraising efforts they put in to these All-Star Games. This year the group raised more than $383,000 for our partners at Children’s Wisconsin and the lifesaving work they do every day.
