Thank you to everyone who supported our charity football tournament on 17th October, raising an incredible £1,600 for Teenage Cancer Trust and The Little Princess Trust in support of local footballer Freya, who is currently battling leukaemia.

What a debut! 💙⚽
Our Kitty Hawks took to the pitch for their first game on Saturday and were brilliant from start to finish. Great passing, big saves, lots of goals and even bigger smiles showed exactly what AFC Fradley is all about. Well done to all the girls and coaches.
What a return to action for AFC Fradley!
Massive well done to our match day heroes who stepped up and set the standard last week. From defensive walls to clinical finishers, it was a top-class effort across the pitch from all our teams.
A few pics of our match day heroes.

Our girls' and women's teams are getting into their new season of fixtures and friendlies, and as ever, they are putting in their hard work on and off the pitch.
As football players we are also athletes, and we need to make sure that we are fuelling our body accordingly.
It's no secret that girls and women can internalise a lot of scrutiny about their body and self-image, so it is important to remind you of the value of health and wellbeing💙
Our Football Players Menu prioritises an understanding of our health, which will then fuel our growth.
With changing weather, environments, and hormonal fluctuations, our health and wellbeing needs to be a personal journey - not one that is built upon comparison and aesthetic.
Sending love to all of our football players in this new season💙

A personal message from Katie Wilkinson, our Director of football💙
Rangers went up against Montrose at the weekend, and saw the team achieve a staggering 6-1 victory!!🎉
Our very own Katie achieved a hat-trick, with one of them being a free-kick in the penalty box.
From pens to sneaky first touches and collaborative efforts, you need to have the mindset to score.
Above, Katie gives us some personal tips for getting into the mindset - and who else to learn this from but Katie?!🏆
Last seasons top goal-scorer, and already raising the bar in their first match of the new season💪
Thank you Katie, and congrats again on such an amazing game💙
