Families used to have the same menu all week depending on the time of year. It was pretty simple. Even cleaning day and laundry day could be the same in the whole neighborhood! Now people can see endless Instagram influencers with fabulous recipes. Variety becomes a form of status and pressure. And the dopamine fix gets mixed in. Basically, women can’t manage their confusions under modern stressors, and they aren’t being encouraged to become self-aware and analytical about their thinking. It’s the opposite: for political gain and population control, anti-family forces encourage women to blame others and avoid self-confrontation. It leaves them fragile, needy, and desperate for other-validation.

Why is this such a difficult thing for women? Nearly, every woman I know (except Mom, who still has a rigid schedule for each night) struggles to think dinner. Not actually MAKE dinner, but think of what to make and this is an incredibly stressful thing for them.

My daughters family does this. Every time they get together they update the book. I wouldn’t be surprised if they could pinpoint how they are all related across the country
