Quality win to start the season, impressed at the energy these kids brought but man, a 6am tip on YouTube with a live chat full of degenerate gamblers perfectly sums up where we are right now. #TakeTheStairs
Well, this game has sucked. Down three starting offensive linemen and it shows. GS is strong on the DL and there’s just been no time to do anything on offense. Tip your cap and regroup.
“Our two game conference losing streak further proves we are above this conference” is the most perfectly on-brand JMU take possible. No notes.
Fugitt doubtful and Grant out stings, but losing Devon Manuel for the season is an absolute gut punch. Having a first team all conference type of season at LT. Massive loss.
This is an awesome account of Thursday’s game. Definitely saw things I missed from my seats and some cool sideline access.
Man, did Malachi and Phares absolutely ball out.
Far better ooc options indeed

What is this obsession with wanting to be associated with this low class operations and fans in Boone....no thanks, hard pass.....odu, Marshall, liberty far better ooc options without having to deal with low class folks
I have no idea what’s going to happen with conference realignment but the App State-JMU series going away is criminal. Everything good about the sport: two proud programs in the same region who sell out their stadiums. It needs to be revived, one way or another.
What an incredible night, #AppNation!
Fireworks, from start to finish 🔥

Since joining the Sun Belt:

Silver lining - less lopsided than the all time series! Enjoy the American, little brother 🫡
10-7 game in the 4th. Your defense is keeping you in it and just forced a key turnover. Why do we like him yelling at them for being fired up about it?
(They scored on the ensuing drive and never trailed again)
Do-or-die game and we’ll find out who QB1 is when the offense takes the field on Friday. I’m sure it’s fine.
Getting that app state “the price of your parking is going up” letter three days after the (formerly) last place team in the conference had a shirtless postgame mud party in our end end zone is just…
Painfully obvious that passing was not going to work and Hasselbeck gave us the best chance to establish the run.
Downpour in the forecast all week, coming off a bye and we bang our heads against the wall for three hours.
All momentum gone, back to square one.
Opening drive after halftime: march down the field on the ground, pass in the rain once you’re in the red zone
Down 7, 2 mins left in the game with 75 yards to go: bring in the running QB
I don’t get it.
