ethereum has accumulated years of trading, staking, lending and other onchain activity.
now, @zerufinance is giving that history a role in shaping zeth, its first activity market.
the zeth miner race lets your ethereum activity contribute to the market’s supply mechanism, making your past onchain participation relevant to something being built today.
haven’t joined yet? there’s still time to get involved and see where your wallet ranks.
your ethereum history could count for more than you think.

one thing worth paying attention to when evaluating a data network is whether real economic activity is already taking place around it.
according to its public records, @vangrid_io has recorded over $720k in settlements.
what makes this particularly interesting is the activity behind those numbers. contributors use ordinary smartphones to capture real-world environments, while organisations fund specific data requests through bounties.
once a submission is reviewed and accepted, the contributor receives payment in usdc.
this creates an actual transaction between the demand for spatial data and the people collecting it.
vangrid is still relatively early in its journey, having only been live for a few months, so seeing this level of reported settlement activity raises an interesting question about how demand could develop as the network expands.
the bigger story isn’t simply that people are recording places with their phones.
it’s that real-world observations are becoming something organisations can commission, verify and pay for.
new originals are always worth keeping an eye on.
@Duelbits is bringing Limbo into the mix, a game built around one number and one target, with a maximum multiplier of 1,000,000x.
simple concept, massive multiplier ceiling.
curious to see how players take to this one.
$25 turned into $7,135.69. vinny077 came prepared.
13 selections on one multi and every single one landed green.
that’s a serious run. @Duelbits just witnessed a big night from vinny077.
what if your onchain history could give you a role in a token launch before the market even sets its price?
@zerufinance is exploring this through zeth, the first activity market.
ethereum activity helps determine the token’s supply, while the remaining tokens are offered through @uniswap CCA, allowing the market to discover the price.
there is no presale-led allocation. instead, the model puts verified activity at the center of supply creation and gives the market a role in price discovery.
it is a different approach to token distribution, where community participation matters from the beginning.
join the zeth miner race and let your ethereum history count.

network growth numbers can look impressive, but understanding what they actually measure is just as important.
@vangrid_io reported more than 450k active nodes and 1.25 million captures in october alone.
those figures give us an indication of the network’s reported scale and the volume of spatial data being collected.
however, there’s an important distinction between active nodes and active contributors. a node count doesn’t automatically tell us how many unique people are regularly recording and submitting captures.
i’d be interested in seeing a daily or monthly active contributor metric from vangrid.
how many unique people are contributing repeatedly? how many return after completing their first capture? and how consistently are contributors participating over time?
these metrics would help provide a clearer picture of contributor retention and genuine network participation.
growth is worth tracking, but sustained human participation is another important measure of how a crowdsourced spatial data network is developing.
$5 turned into $34,613.46. that’s a crazy result.
18 legs, 18 wins, and the @Duelbits Multi Boost added another $17,304.23 to the payout.
one of those nights where everything falls into place.
what a run.
the zaps supply countdown is already moving.
it started at 1,000,000,000 and now sits at 864m, with the number changing as more wallets join the race.
what makes this interesting is that participation has a visible impact on the supply mechanism. every new wallet adds to the activity shaping how the countdown progresses.
@zerufinance is turning community participation into an active part of the process, rather than treating it as a metric to display after the fact.
if you have been following the zaps ecosystem, this is worth tracking closely.

contributing to a network is one thing, but being able to track your progress and understand how your activity compares with others adds another layer to participation.
@vangrid_io makes this possible through the vangrid hub.
contributors can use the hub to participate in quests, earn points, monitor their ptc and check their position on the leaderboard.
the leaderboard also provides a way to see how your contribution activity compares with other participants across the ecosystem.
i haven’t spotted any active quests at the moment, but it’s worth checking the hub regularly for new opportunities.
as vangrid continues building its spatial data network, the hub gives contributors another place to follow their progress and stay informed about available activities.
if you’re participating in the ecosystem, keep this link handy:

one thing i find interesting about investing is how two people can look at the same market and reach completely different conclusions.
i tested that idea with @0xbeepit using my own riff, built around a broad-spread investment thesis. instead of stopping at an opinion, i got to turn it into an actual basket, review the assets and weights, and configure an ai agent to manage it.
what makes Mosh interesting is that your thesis becomes something others can participate in, join or challenge with a completely different perspective.
eligible real-money activity can also earn beeper points, while air guitar mode lets you experiment with $10,000 in virtual funds for free.
here’s my riff. join it or build a competing thesis and let’s see how our ideas compare.

your trading activity on based can now count toward your zaps.
@zerufinance has integrated @BasedOneX into the zaps ecosystem, giving traders another supported platform where their activity can contribute to their zaps.
connecting is straightforward. link your based account and sign a message to connect your wallet. there is no 0.50 usdc linking fee.
it is another step toward recognising onchain and trading activity across multiple platforms instead of leaving that history scattered across different ecosystems.
if you already trade on based, your activity now has another way to be recognised.

nfts don’t always have to be designed around buying low and selling high. some can serve as identity and utility within the network that issues them.
@vangrid_io is exploring this through its vangrid agents collection, which launched on opensea on october 30.
unlike conventional nfts, these agents are soulbound, meaning holders cannot transfer or trade them to another wallet.
there’s also a contribution-related benefit attached to ownership. according to the team, holding an agent provides a boost of between 5% and 25% on points earned from future captures, depending on the agent’s rarity.
this connects the nft directly to participation in vangrid’s spatial data network, where contributors record real-world environments and help supply the data needed by physical ai systems.
it’s an interesting approach to digital collectibles because the focus shifts from transferability to identity and utility within an ecosystem.
rather than simply representing ownership of an image, vangrid agents are designed to give contributors an additional layer of recognition and benefits as they participate in the network.
ethereum activity now has a direct role in shaping the zeth supply.
@zerufinance has launched the zeth miner leaderboard, allowing participants to see how their ethereum history ranks within the market.
the supply countdown has also started, with community activity driving supply burns. the more activity recorded, the more supply gets burned.
this makes participation more than just a leaderboard position. it becomes part of the mechanism influencing how much zeth supply remains.
check your ethereum activity, see where you rank, and explore the market.

finding a good-paying bounty is only half the job. making sure it’s still available before committing your time and money is just as important.
when browsing the @vangrid_io bounty board, always check the request status before heading out to capture anything.
look at whether the bounty is still open, whether someone has already submitted an accepted capture and whether the deadline is still valid.
this matters because some requests can attract multiple contributors, but the buyer only needs to accept a qualifying submission.
you don’t want to spend money on transportation, reach the location, complete the recording and discover that the opportunity is no longer available.
a little verification before leaving home can save you unnecessary expenses and wasted effort.
with vangrid, planning your capture should start on the bounty board, not when you arrive at the location.
tracking onchain activity across multiple chains can mean jumping between explorers, dashboards and protocol pages just to understand where traders are active.
@zerufinance is making that discovery process easier with its new Discover page.
you can explore top traders, protocols and tokens across chains from one place, with 2,163 traders already indexed and $5.78m in trading volume recorded over the last 30 days.
beyond watching market movements, this creates a clearer way to study trading activity, identify active participants and see which protocols and tokens are attracting attention.
onchain data becomes more useful when it is easier to explore.

the biggest bounty isn’t automatically the most profitable one to complete.
when browsing the @vangrid_io bounty board, pay attention to more than the USDC reward attached to each request.
check how far the location is, what exactly needs to be captured, how long the task might take and whether you can meet the submission requirements.
a $200 bounty within walking distance could make more sense than a $1,000 request that requires hours of travelling, transportation costs and extra time on the ground.
remember, the reward is only one side of the equation. your actual gain depends on what it costs you to complete the capture.
also, make sure the location is eligible and the footage meets the buyer’s specifications before committing to a task.
the goal is not simply to chase the highest-paying bounty. it’s to find requests you can fulfil efficiently while keeping your expenses under control.
always calculate the cost of the work before looking at the reward.
