I love this is a thing. But I do want to point out it has zero chance of passing. Gaming companies will lobby against it hard, or they will attach a bunch of riders to it that it doesn't move on.
Zeta set scalpers are in shambles and they should be. Get out of my hobby and let us actually enjoy it. Sorry, but MTG is not "financial security" and shouldn't be treated as such

AHAHAHAHAHA! Scalpers getting got will never get old. The RICO violation one got me laughing the most because Pokemon doesn't owe the after sale market anything and calling "scalped prices" fair market is laughable in itself
Take-Two out here claiming we will all be game streaming in the next couple of years anyway, and I do need to remind you that many areas still do not have the infrastructure to support that nor will they in just a few years.

Also, the argument isn't "Do you specifically buy physical," but rather "Do you trust Sony to always have that content because you paid for it" and the answer should be no because they don't

This man is out here saying "We want to turn being able to obtain knowledge into a utility" and people are still funding this? If you see this and think AI is clearly the way of our future, then you can start paying your bills upfront to this man because this should terrify you.

“Nazi” isn’t a slur. It’s a word that describes real people who earnestly believe in their ideas. Their ideas are disgusting and hateful, but of course they often do not realize it.
I keep running into racists who think that it’s not white supremacist to think that white people are inherently superior to other races. No…that’s the whole definition!! The fact that they believe it earnestly and don’t think it’s an idiotic, hateful belief doesn’t mean it’s not an idiotic, hateful belief.
Nazi isn’t a word that means “bad evil boogeyman” it means “someone who believes in their own racial superiority, extreme protectionist nativism, the purifying of society by eliminating undesirables, expansionism, active suppression of dissent, and total state power held in the hands of a very small group.”
Make sure the people you’re cheering for don’t believe these things because otherwise…
Randy Pitchford really should learn to stop going on Twitter rampage against game performance criticism. Given your game also crashed my entire PS5 within the first 4 hours of playing, I would say the criticism can be warranted. Give the team time to fix those issues though
