We just joined a citywide coalition at Columbus City Hall to deliver over 23,000 signatures in support of the Our City, Our Say ballot initiative- to bring real democracy to our city council elections!
As founding members of the Columbus Education Justice Coalition, we're feeling very proud after @Honesty4OhioEd's 5-year anniversary celebration.
CEJC won the Community Impact Award, while CEA member and CEJC lead organizer Izetta Thomas won the Honesty Champion Award. Congrats!
We’re proud to join Columbus City Schools, our students, and our whole community as we celebrate Pride today! #UntilWereAllFree 🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️
For years, we've fought to implement the transformative @NEAToday Community School model through our own CCS Community Campus School program. In partnership with @CbusEdJustice and funding from @cbuscitycouncil, those efforts are finally coming to life. columbusmonthly.com/story/li…
Last night's Board of Education vote to approve devastating cuts for next school year was a reflection of a simple reality: Our local, state, and federal elected leaders continue to prioritize billionaire campaign donors over students and our communities.

Merry Crewsmas! Before we cheer on our @ColumbusCrew, we’ll hand out 15,000 flyers reminding fans that the Haslams received $600,000,000 taxpayer dollars while schools experience layoffs and cuts. Our kids need it more than billionaires do! Add your voice: actionnetwork.org/letters/ce…
