I will never pay off my 2.75% mortgage instead of saving in bitcoin for my kid’s future and capturing 25%+ CAGR the next decade.
Keep it simple.
401(k)s are quasi-scams unless they are self-directed and you can allocate your money the way you want to.
Being stuck in target dated funds or 10 mutual funds is a travesty.
We were fortunate to roll ours from previous employers into self-directed bitcoin beta linked - à la GBTC / MSTR / IBIT etc for years.
Brokerage is even better obviously for many reasons not listed here.
Do research on your 401(k) plan and don’t let the allocations suffer.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
